Cozy and clean, but some hiccups

The room was super clean and comfy, and the jetted tub was just amazing. Loved the cozy fireplace too! Staff was friendly, especially the night guy who genuinely cared about us. Only bummer was the check-in issues with the card and a bit of confusion over our checkout time. a nice spot to chill!

The location is great, with easy access to nearby restaurants and the beach.

We dealt with unclean linens and a surprise entry by staff without notice. Check-in took over 30 minutes, and we were disturbed by maintenance trying to enter our room before checkout.

The rooms at the hotel were clean and spacious, perfect for our weekend getaway. the free breakfast provided every morning was a great perk, especially as we could take it to the beach and enjoy the beautiful ocean view. the staff was helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The lighting in the rooms was quite dim, making it difficult to see and do activities in the evenings. the location of our room on the first floor meant that we had to keep the curtains closed for privacy, which further limited the amount of natural light coming in.

the superior room exceeded our expectations! loved the balcony and cozy interior. the staff were incredibly sweet and helpful, from housekeeping to front desk. the bed was the most comfortable we've slept on and the bathroom was clean with lovely toiletries!

Great mid-week value with affordable rates and a good deal on the internet special. the room and especially the bathroom were large and quite nice. - the location was key, being close to the beach and within walking distance to the town's attractions.

Some rooms didn't have air conditioning, making it uncomfortable during warmer days. Noise from other guests, particularly early in the morning, was disruptive outside the rooms near the ice machine.

The location was in a good area, but a 15-minute walk to Footbridge beach. It was on the outskirts of most restaurants. The room was clean, but the bathroom was tiny. The service was average, with staff being neither exceptionally welcoming nor rude. The breakfast was just okay, with limited options. There were no views from the room, but the pool was decent and well-maintained. The rooms were spacious and had mini fridges.

The sofa bed was uncomfortable to sleep on.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I was thoroughly impressed. The location was perfect, right above some delightful shops and a local trolley came by to take me to town. The area was easy to get around and it was an added bonus that it was very close to Footbridge Beach. The service was exceptional, and the room amenities were top-notch, including heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities. The outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were a wonderful place to relax, and the bbq facilities were a great addition. I also appreciated the flat-screen TV and free toiletries in the room.

We had a great stay at this hotel, with the local trolley passing by to take you to town. The hotel is very close to footbridge beach and above some shops next door. The rooms are nicely decorated, especially the ones with a king bed and Jacuzzi. We loved relaxing in the hot tub and by the fireplace. The large bathroom was a plus. The staff was friendly, and the amenities were basic. The value for money was excellent, but we wish breakfast could have included a few more items.

Our family recently stayed at Hotel And Suites for a week-long vacation and it was amazing! The kids had a blast in the huge pool, and the beach was just a short walk away. The room was spacious, clean, and well-furnished, with comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about local attractions. We can't wait to book another trip next summer!
