I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel in the heart of downtown. The location was perfect for my work needs, with plenty of activities at night right at my doorstep. The hotel provided exceptional service, with room service, dry cleaning, and laundry available to make my stay stress-free. I especially appreciated the shuttle service, which was not only convenient but also free! The amenities in the room were top-notch, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The separate sitting area and terrace were a nice touch, providing a comfortable and relaxing space after a long day.

This hotel had everything I needed during my stay. The room was comfortable with all the basic amenities and a great view of the park. The location was perfect, right in the center of town with plenty of activities at night. Breakfast was included, which was a nice touch. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service.

Beds comfortable, rooms clean and spacious, iron and ironing board provided, complimentary bottled water, plenty of desk and counter space, good TV channel variety, located near food and entertainment places, safe neighborhood, huge breakfast selections.

Everything is what I need and want.

My friends and I are in Downtown Houston for a conference and we are lucky to have found a hotel that is near the "underground"-maze of restaurants. The rail line that dropped us off in front of the Museum of Fine Arts to view the works of Norman Rockwell is also nearby. We discovered a few good restaurants within walking distance too. The rooms are well-maintained and the staff are friendly. The breakfast is a nice bonus to start our day.

The valet parking was very expensive.

Conveniently located within walking distance to attractions and restaurants. The rooms are clean and comfortable with soft bedding.

We had a fantastic stay at this modern and pretty hotel in downtown Houston. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the beds and pillows were great for a restful sleep. The cleanliness of the facility was impressive, and the location near the Toyota Center was perfect. The size and quality of the room exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was delicious, especially the omelet station. as young families, we loved the friendly staff, comfy beds, cleanliness, location, and breakfast.

This hotel is truly value for money. With its central location right in the heart of downtown, it was exactly where I needed to be for work. The breakfast at the hotel was okay, with no waiting and fair to good food. The location of the hotel was great, with excellent lunch and dinner options, live music, and a great family setting just across the street at Discovery Green. The hotel was also close to a nice market, Phoenicia, and the metro station for easy access to museums and the zoo.

The service at the front desk could have been better, with the desk person checking us in not seeming to care much. Additionally, the bell captain-valet gave us incorrect directions twice, although it may not have been their responsibility. The breakfast at the hotel was disappointing, with poor selection and cheap plastic plates and cutlery. The coffee and juice were watered down, and there were no plates, cutlery, or washing up stuff in the rooms. The safe deposit box was tall and thin, making it difficult to use.

We had a great stay here right in the center of town where we needed to be for work. The location was perfect with plenty of activities in the downtown area at night. The shuttle service and laundry amenities were great too.

Although the welcome amenities were not properly provided , the breakfast buffet, as mentioned by others, was fantastic and made up for it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room amenities, such as air conditioning and comfortable bedding, made for a great night's sleep. we would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting this area.

Our new year stay was great! We enjoyed the free breakfast that included omelets and pancakes made to order. The happy hour was also a plus with plenty of free food and drinks. The hotel was located in a convenient area and the staff gave great service.

It would have been nice to have a tub in the room as well. our stay was good, but the additional charges and lack of certain amenities did detract from the experience.
