I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel in the heart of downtown. The location was perfect for my work needs, with plenty of activities at night right at my doorstep. The hotel provided exceptional service, with room service, dry cleaning, and laundry available to make my stay stress-free. I especially appreciated the shuttle service, which was not only convenient but also free! The amenities in the room were top-notch, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The separate sitting area and terrace were a nice touch, providing a comfortable and relaxing space after a long day.

Everything is what I need and want.

My friends and I are in Downtown Houston for a conference and we are lucky to have found a hotel that is near the "underground"-maze of restaurants. The rail line that dropped us off in front of the Museum of Fine Arts to view the works of Norman Rockwell is also nearby. We discovered a few good restaurants within walking distance too. The rooms are well-maintained and the staff are friendly. The breakfast is a nice bonus to start our day.

The valet parking was very expensive.

I stayed at Embassy Suites for a concert and it was perfect! The location is great, within walking distance to Toyota Center and Minute Maid Park. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The Hearsay restaurant on-site was fantastic. The breakfast was delicious, especially the omelette station. The staff was friendly and helpful. my stay was everything I could ask for.

We had a fantastic stay at this modern and pretty hotel in downtown Houston. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the beds and pillows were great for a restful sleep. The cleanliness of the facility was impressive, and the location near the Toyota Center was perfect. The size and quality of the room exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was delicious, especially the omelet station. as young families, we loved the friendly staff, comfy beds, cleanliness, location, and breakfast.

This hotel is truly value for money. With its central location right in the heart of downtown, it was exactly where I needed to be for work. The staff was super friendly and attentive, and the rooms were comfortable with televisions in both the bedroom and the living room. The breakfast included in the stay was a great bonus - delicious and satisfying, perfect to start the day off right.

We got great value for our money with a fantastic room and excellent location. The staff at Embassy Suites Houston - Downtown were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The breakfast at the hotel was okay, with no waiting and fair to good food. the location of the hotel was great, with excellent lunch and dinner options, live music, and a great family setting just across the street at Discovery Green. the hotel was also close to a nice market, Phoenicia, and the metro station for easy access to museums and the zoo.

The service at the front desk could have been better, with the desk person checking us in not seeming to care much. Additionally, the bell captain-valet gave us incorrect directions twice, although it may not have been their responsibility.

Our new year stay was great! We enjoyed the free breakfast that included omelets and pancakes made to order. the happy hour was also a plus with plenty of free food and drinks. the hotel was located in a convenient area and the staff gave great service.

It would have been nice to have a tub in the room as well. our stay was good, but the additional charges and lack of certain amenities did detract from the experience.
