We had an amazing stay! The staff was friendly and helpful, even providing a full refund due to a medical emergency. The room was clean and comfortable, with a convenient location close to everything in town. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the free breakfast through the casino's player's card was a great perk.

The suite we stayed in was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a nice fireplace. the staff at check-in and in the restaurant were friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the free popcorn and self-serve beverage stations in the casino.

There was construction next door, which could be a disturbance for some guests. Also, there were stairs everywhere in the casino and some of the hotel rooms, which might not be ideal for those with mobility issues.

Helpful staff, one even assisted with cashing in winning tickets. Centrally located, walking distance to everything. Great food and excellent service at the restaurant. Few improvements needed with other hotel personnel.

I recently stayed at Century Casino & Hotel for my birthday and had a wonderful time. The location was perfect, with a great view of the town. The staff went above and beyond by leaving a bottle of chilled champagne, even though they didn't know I hadn't drunk alcohol in years. It was a very nice gesture. The bed was incredibly comfy and I had a fantastic stay. Plus, I even won a few bucks!

The view from room 203 was stunning, with the twinkling lights of downtown casinos. Even though it was chilly outside, the room was warm and cozy. The privacy curtains in the shower add a nice touch. The staff was polite and helpful. I recommend this hotel.
