the front desk staff was hard to understand and not helpful. the indoor pool water was cool and murky, not what we expected for kids.

I recently stayed at Embassy Suites for a weekend getaway and had a fantastic experience. The rooms were clean, bright, and beautifully decorated. The beds were incredibly comfortable with an abundance of pillows. I also appreciated the thoughtful addition of a magnifying mirror in the room. The custom made breakfast was a delightful bonus, with friendly and efficient cooks. The free happy hour was another enjoyable perk. The valet service was top-notch, and having a CVS attached for convenience was great. I would definitely return to this hotel if I ever visit again.

We loved the convenient grab and go breakfast, perfect for taking back to the room. The hotel is beautiful, with a great lobby and wide hallways. The location is ideal, right next to the entertainment district and within walking distance of the Yum Arena. The staff at the front desk and valet were very friendly, and there are some great restaurants nearby. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and transportation options were all top-notch.

Everything is what we need and want.

The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of downtown, right next to Fourth Street. It is in the mix of everything, making it convenient to explore the city. The rooms with two queen size beds are spacious and comfortable, with good lighting in the bathroom and a television adjacent to the bed. The complimentary breakfast is fantastic, with omelets made to order and a wide variety of snacks served daily.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in downtown Louisville. The location between Muhammed Ali Blvd and Guthrie St was perfect, just a 2-minute walk from door to door. I loved being able to walk to all that 4th Street Live has to offer, and the hotel's proximity to dining, nightlife, and museums was incredibly convenient. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the hotel facilities, such as the new TV with a wide range of channels, were top-notch. The parking was also very convenient, with valet service available at $15 per night. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, from the friendly front desk staff to the fantastic valet personnel. The best part was the Embassy managers reception, which topped off my great experience.
