The staff were super friendly and the coffee was great. Rooms were pretty quiet, which was nice, but they looked a bit outdated and smelled weird. you gotta pay for your own Uber from the airport since there’s no shuttle.

The staff was amazing, the air conditioner worked well, breakfast was better than expected, and it was quiet in our room.

Felt really comfortable, nothing was too much trouble.

My recent stay at Hyatt Place was fantastic! The location was close to Six Flags and conveniently located right off the interstate. The staff was amazing and provided top-notch customer service. They were accommodating when my flight got cancelled and made sure I was well taken care of throughout my stay. The lobby was nicely remodeled and created a welcoming atmosphere.

I recently stayed at Hyatt Place in Grand Prairie and had an amazing experience. The location was ideal, just a few miles from the Cowboy game stadium. The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional. One evening, I needed a needle and thread and within minutes of calling, someone was at my door with a sewing kit. It truly made my night. The room itself was clean and had a great layout. I was thoroughly impressed and will definitely be staying here again.

Although my overall stay was fantastic, there were a few minor drawbacks. The room only got cleaned every three days, which meant that we had dirty bath towels on the bathroom floor for a while.

Good breakfast and coffee. Comfortable bed but expected more for the price. Excellent shuttle service for the Cowboys game. Helpful front desk staff. Nice pool area.

Additionally, the hotel's proximity to Six Flags and its easy access to the interstate made our travels hassle-free. The clean rooms, early check-in option, and enjoyable pool were all highlights of our stay. The delicious breakfast provided was the cherry on top!

This hotel exceeded my expectations! The location was perfect for accessing nearby attractions like AT & T stadium and the Rangers ballpark. The rooms shown in the photos were true to reality and I had a comfortable stay in a king bed with a seating area. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. I also enjoyed the breakfast served, a great way to start the day!

We were able to easily access nearby attractions, including the AT&T Stadium, which was a major plus. The staff at the hotel were absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond to make our stay special. They even surprised my son and his girlfriend with rose petals on their bed and two bottles of wine to celebrate their engagement - such a thoughtful gesture! The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a king-sized bed and a separate seating area, just as shown in the photos. And lastly, I really enjoyed the breakfast served at the hotel, it was delicious and provided a great start to the day.

I had a great stay at this venue! The location was perfect for me; it wasn't far from the ballpark and there were plenty of nearby attractions. The service was impressive; the staff had amazing customer service and a very positive attitude my entire stay. The amenities were great; from the room service to the pool, I had everything I needed. The room itself was comfortable and equipped with everything from a refrigerator to air conditioning, and the staff even provided tea and coffee facilities.

There was a variety of options available, including cereals, fresh fruit, eggs, bacon, breads. It was a good start to the day.
