I can’t believe this Hyatt Place was so popular. The pool and gym are basically a joke. It needs major updates and, oh, the breakfast was just sad! I nearly expected a complimentary upgrade for enduring this stay, but that clearly didn’t happen. I’d almost give a good review, but my high standards were not met, so here we are.

Breakfast was fantastic! A hearty selection kept hot and ready! Staff went the extra mile, making me fresh coffee to go when I needed it.

Some amenities felt dated! The shuttle policy change frustrated many guests, limiting attraction access and causing confusion at check-in!

The facility could really use a deep clean, with visible dirt and hair in the rooms!!! Finding the hotel was quite confusing, and the bathroom felt cramped!!! Also, some basic essentials like extra towels were missing at check-in!!!

The staff was hustling hard, especially Ms. Shannon—kudos to her for handling the busy breakfast rush like a pro, you could see she was putting in the work.

It wasn’t cheap, but overall acceptable for the experience we had and the location.

Ask for the meeting room for group gatherings. it adds privacy and is a great alternative to the breakfast area.

The layout of the room could use some tweaks, particularly for those needing wheelchair accessibility. the console near the bed felt a bit cramped. Breakfast seating was limited, leading to long waits, and the pool and gym facilities came off as poorly maintained. The location isn't ideal if you're looking for nearby dining options, as you'll have to travel a bit for anything decent to eat. Lastly, the bed was surprisingly soft, which didn't sit well with my back after a long day.

It was just an optimal selection for a couple of nights in Arlington with excellent value for money. The staff was super friendly and made check-in a breeze, which set a positive tone for the stay. Make sure to check out the well-stocked cafe for snacks or a quick meal nearby.

Had a bit of a rough time with missing towels and a seriously dodgy sofa bed. On the upside, breakfast was a good feed, sweet as!

The room was clean, I loved the fresh coffee made just for me, and the walk-in shower was a nice touch. However, the breakfast was disappointing, not as advertised.

Comfortable Stay with Friendly Staff

I enjoyed my stay here, with a very clean pool area and super friendly staff who were always ready to help. Be aware that shuttle services may only operate from select airports. Don't miss the nearby burger joint for a great meal! Overall, a pleasant experience.
