The stay at the hotel was even better than expected. the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. the rooms were spacious and had plenty of mirrors and lighting. the hotel offered a shuttle service that was perfect for our group. the happy hour was a highlight, with delicious cocktails and great snacks. it was a wonderful experience at Embassy Suites.

the shower had dirt scum embedded in the floor and the room smelled of mold.

We stayed at Embassy Suites for 3 nights during a family vacation. The location was perfect, with easy access to downtown and Vanderbilt. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially the shuttle service drivers who were always on time and pleasant. The lobby was impressive and the continental breakfast had a great variety of choices. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the elevator was efficient. a great experience!

This hotel is located in a happening area, within walking distance of some great restaurants and nightclubs where we could hear the music making it hard to sleep. The staff was very friendly and provided great service. The rooms were comfortable, with a separate bedroom and a hot tub and sauna. The bar was open until at least midnight, which was a nice feature. The breakfast was fantastic, with a fresh omelet station and free drinks included.

We had a great stay at this place! The location was perfect, right in a happening area with plenty of amazing restaurants within walking distance. Even though we could hear the music from the nightclubs nearby, it didn't bother us too much and added to the fun atmosphere. The hotel also offered excellent service, with helpful staff and a free shuttle service to take us around town. We also loved the amenities in the room, including the in-room safe, free Wi-Fi, and comfy down comforter.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the room was clean and neat. The king suite was spacious and had comfortable beds. I appreciated the convenience of having two TV's in the room and an ice machine on every floor. The shower had excellent water pressure and the shower head was amazing. The hotel's location was ideal, as it was only a short $8 cab ride to downtown and close to the sites we wanted to visit within the 2-mile radius. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding, with a full buffet and delicious options. The staff, especially the breakfast staff, provided fantastic service. The hotel facilities, like the whirlpool and the atrium with tables and chairs for relaxing, were great.
