Loved the location, right by the convention center, made things easy for our event! But the room's cleanliness was a proper letdown, with dodgy smells and stains everywhere. Really needs a good clean and some TLC, la!

Clean hotel, friendly staff, enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet and free evening reception featuring snacks. The water temperature and pressure in the shower were excellent during my stay on the 8th floor, which was a lovely perk for our needs.

It was all superb.

the breakfast was passable, but I did not appreciate the lack of a more generous spread, considering my discerning palate. also, the front desk staff could not even reverse an erroneous charge quickly despite me practically begging them. it would've been lovely to receive some sort of compensation for this inconvenience, but alas. I just couldn't find myself leaving a good review.

The evening reception featured top-shelf beer and alcohol, which added a great touch to the end of the day.

The elevator doors closed too quickly, making it tricky for guests with trays, as I almost lost my breakfast to the doors.

The hotel was extremely clean with a welcoming environment! I loved the spacious double suite, perfect for family time with a separate living room. The swimming pool was a hit with my granddaughters—pure joy!

However, I missed the maid service on one day—surprise! And the parking was a circus. I half expected to see clowns juggling to find a spot.

Chur, the breakfast was heaps good, but our room was musty and the beds felt like rocks. Not the best experience, eh?

This place was just a well-suited match for a short stint in North Charleston with incredible value for money. Chuck, the van driver from the airport, was the highlight—super friendly and helpful. Make sure you check the breakfast hours to avoid waiting around.
