The indoor/outdoor pool is a fun highlight, perfect for soaking up the sun. The friendly staff and delicious breakfast made my mornings bright and tasty.

The rooms definitely need a little TLC.

During my stay, I was thrilled to find that I could easily walk to many attractions such as ICON Park, just about 500 meters away, and the amazing Pirate's Cove Adventure Golf, which was less than a kilometer from my room, providing endless opportunities for exploration and enjoyment while soaking in the vibrant atmosphere of the area, and with a spacious suite, a nice breakfast, and friendly staff, it really made for a pleasant experience, but a bit of an update would make the rooms even better.

Stayed at a place with top, quality breakfast – loved the made, to, order eggs! Happy hours with complimentary drinks and snacks were a total hit. Located near a variety of restaurants, making it super convenient for dining out during our romantic escape.

The supervisor on duty was rude and unprofessional, lacking in customer service skills. The public transportation options were limited, and the distance to the conference center was not ideal.

It was convenient to have them in the room to easily get our clothes looking crisp and neat for our outings. the heating and air conditioning left much to be desired. The room felt stuffy at times, and the AC seemed to struggle to keep the room cool, especially on warmer days. We also appreciated the sitting area in the room, which provided a cozy space to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. On the downside, we were disappointed to find that there were no free toiletries available in the onsite store in case we had forgotten any essentials. The am/fm alarm clock in the room was a nice touch, helping us wake up on time each morning. We did not opt for room service during our stay, but the option would have been nice to have. the dry cleaning services were not up to par, as we noticed some of our clothes were not properly cleaned and had to be re-washed. While the hotel advertised shops and commercial services, we found the selection to be limited and not very convenient. The laundry facilities were also subpar, with the machines not thoroughly cleaning our clothes. Unfortunately, we did not come across any pet amenities available, which was a letdown as we had hoped to bring along our furry friend. our experience at Embassy Suites had its ups and downs, with some aspects exceeding our expectations while others fell short.

Good match for an overnight stop in Orlando with great value for money. Happy hour was a great extra touch.

The room was lovely but had an odd layout, making it uncomfortable to watch TV. Breakfast was a standout with plenty of options, but weekend crowds made finding a seat a challenge. Icon Park nearby was great for family fun, yet service at times felt lacking. A fire alarm scare and miscommunication about cleaning left me frustrated. The bar was bustling at happy hour, though the bartender worked hard to keep things moving. Definitely some hits and misses, but I’ve enjoyed Embassy Suites in the past and this visit reminded me why.

Omg! the location 😍 right next to icon park, so many restaurants around 🍔. The spacious room with fridge and microwave was a big plus. But, $21 for parking 🅥. Staff was kind but overwhelmed. 🙁

The location and room size at Embassy Suites were impressive, but the bathroom felt cramped. While the pool was a hit with the kids, the lack of housekeeping services and rude front desk interactions left us disappointed during our stay. New Year's Eve festivities could use more planning.

Great location and super friendly staff! Rooms were clean with comfy beds, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and more. Loved the breakfast buffet with lots of choices. We got extra towels quickly, and the service was just top-notch. Totally recommend it!

Lovely lobby and nice snacks were highlights, but they weren’t enough to outweigh the negatives. This experience fell short of expectations. Improvements needed across the board.
