The bathrooms were tiny and not suitable for a family suite. the AC unit in my room did not work properly, making it uncomfortable during my stay.

I recently stayed at Embassy Suites in Richmond for a leisure trip. The staff was friendly and professional, and the 2-room suite I stayed in was spacious and comfortable. I loved the complimentary breakfast buffet and the evening happy hour. The king bed and bedding were also very comfortable. Despite a few minor hiccups, such as a dirty tub and noise from neighboring rooms, the hotel promptly addressed these issues and even gave me a free night. it was a pleasant stay.

Secondly, the rooms were fantastic. We stayed in a spacious suite with two queen beds and a separate bedroom, which provided ample space for our family. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Lastly, the breakfast was a highlight of our stay. With a wide variety of options, including delicious made-to-order omelettes, there was something for everyone, especially the children.
