We stayed for a family sightseeing trip in downtown St Louis. The convenient location and on-site parking were definitely pluses during our stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our visit more enjoyable. However, we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the room and some amenities missing, like a microwave and a proper fridge, which made preparing our own meals challenging. Despite these drawbacks, the breakfast was consistently good and the spacious room provided comfort.

Just a suitable option for a quick trip in Saint Louis with fantastic value for money. Fantastic staff and great breakfast.

The room adjoined with people not in our party was spacious with comfy beds, providing a healthy standard of accommodation. The view of the Gateway Arch from some rooms is spectacular, giving a true St. Louis experience.

While teas and coffee were readily available in the lobby, an electric kettle in the room would have been beneficial for non-coffee drinkers.

I chose this hotel for attending a colloquium and found the complimentary internet access quite helpful for my work. The business center provided computers, printer, and shredder, making it convenient for me to complete my work tasks during my stay.

One service that I missed for my work was a dedicated meeting room for conducting private discussions and work meetings.

During my transit stay at Hampton Inn St. Louis-Downtown, I appreciated the convenience of its location near the America's Center Convention Complex. As a frequent traveler, having easy access to the city's Metrolink line from the hotel was a great advantage for me. the contemporary guest rooms and the beautiful view of the Gateway Arch added to the comfort and appeal of the stay.

I did encounter a minor inconvenience with the breakfast service. The limited breakfast options provided in a bag for in-room consumption fell short of the expected buffet or menu, and I was charged for a breakfast that did not meet my expectations.

The hotel room was beautifully quiet, providing a peaceful night's sleep. Close to attractions like the St. Louis Arch, breakfast offered decent hot options. Front desk staff were friendly and the parking garage was convenient. However, the lack of efficient elevators and subpar A/C affected our overall experience.

The hotel's decoration felt warm and cozy, with lovely seating areas in the lobby where us seniors could gather and relax. The accessibility for senior people was great, with effortless navigation through the common areas and easy access to amenities. The children of the staff were always ready to lend a hand, making our stay incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. It was wonderful to see such thoughtfulness and care for us seniors.

A better vacation for senior people would only require increased availability of assistance for navigating the city surroundings.

The morning service was wonderful, and the food is great. I had a delightful breakfast experience at the attached restaurant. The staff was attentive, and the warm, cozy atmosphere made it feel like home. It was a perfect start to my day, setting a high standard for the rest of my stay.

The staff was helpful, funny, and quick to respond to requests. The rooms were immaculate with comfortable, fluffy beds. Convenient location near attractions and restaurants. The front desk resolved a room issue promptly and went above and beyond. Great breakfast options and nice views.

I keep returning for weekends at Hampton Inn. They helped with local taxi at my first stay. It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, lounge area, fitness center, indoor pool, and more. Always a hassle-free, comfy stay.

Breakfast was disappointing. They advertised a hot breakfast but only provided pre, packaged junk. the hard, boiled eggs tasted funny. I expected better from a hotel that includes breakfast in the price. the thin walls in the rooms were a major downside. We could hear every conversation, which made it impossible to have any adult time without the kids hearing. the parking garage had a low clearance of 6 feet, causing concern for larger vehicles like our Suburban. We had to walk along the garage to make sure we wouldn't get stuck under the beams and pipes.

The location of the hotel was great, within walking distance to the Arch, City Museum, and restaurants. the lobby and floors were clean and well, maintained.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were spacious. The breakfast offered a great variety of options for our picky eaters and the pool was clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect, as we were able to easily walk to many nearby attractions and the famous Arch was right next to the hotel.

The view of the Gateway Arch was absolutely stunning! We couldn't get enough of it. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always with a smile on their faces. The central location was perfect, with plenty of eateries and attractions within walking distance. The room was mostly great, spacious and comfortable.

We did notice that the carpet in our room was a little dirty and sticky in some places. However, it didn't ruin our overall experience.

The hotel has a perfect window view of the firework display which was delightful to watch from the comfort of our room with 2 queen size beds. Additionally, the location is great, situated in a central area within walking distance from points of interest like the Arch which was wonderful. The breakfast was included and had many options for healthy eating.

All was great, no complaints.
