The staff was helpful, funny, and quick to respond to requests. The rooms were immaculate with comfortable, fluffy beds. Convenient location near attractions and restaurants. The front desk resolved a room issue promptly and went above and beyond. Great breakfast options and nice views.

I keep returning for weekends at Hampton Inn. They helped with local taxi at my first stay. It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, lounge area, fitness center, indoor pool, and more. Always a hassle-free, comfy stay.

Breakfast was disappointing. They advertised a hot breakfast but only provided pre, packaged junk. the hard, boiled eggs tasted funny. I expected better from a hotel that includes breakfast in the price. the thin walls in the rooms were a major downside. We could hear every conversation, which made it impossible to have any adult time without the kids hearing. the parking garage had a low clearance of 6 feet, causing concern for larger vehicles like our Suburban. We had to walk along the garage to make sure we wouldn't get stuck under the beams and pipes.

The location of the hotel was great, within walking distance to the Arch, City Museum, and restaurants. the lobby and floors were clean and well, maintained.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were spacious. The breakfast offered a great variety of options for our picky eaters and the pool was clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect, as we were able to easily walk to many nearby attractions and the famous Arch was right next to the hotel.

The view of the Gateway Arch was absolutely stunning! We couldn't get enough of it. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always with a smile on their faces. The central location was perfect, with plenty of eateries and attractions within walking distance. The room was mostly great, spacious and comfortable.

We did notice that the carpet in our room was a little dirty and sticky in some places. However, it didn't ruin our overall experience.

Don't have any issues at all

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn in downtown St. Louis for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect, with the Gateway Arch and Rams Stadium right behind the hotel. Plus, the train station was just a short walk away. The hotel's decorum was impressive, and the computer room in the lobby had state-of-the-art equipment. I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet with its variety of choices. a great hotel with a convenient location and excellent amenities.

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

I had a great stay at this hotel! the location is amazing. It's right beside the Arch, so you can easily walk to see this iconic landmark. Additionally, it's in a central area with lots of points of interest within walking distance. The view from my room was stunning, with a great view of the Arch. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. I also appreciated the breakfast, which had many options to choose from.

Everything was perfect, no improvements needed.

Can't fault the property.

This hotel is on a level of its own with plenty of space. The rooms are incredibly clean and the beds are so comfy, I slept like a baby. The best part is the breathtaking view of the Arch and the river, it truly adds to the whole experience. Additionally, the staff here are incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure that all my needs were met. The location is also perfect, as it's within walking distance to the Arch, the Cardinals game, and the Metrolink. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel.

We were impressed with several aspects of our stay. The lobby is spacious and inviting, and the front desk staff, Andrew and Brianna, were incredibly helpful with parking and hotel amenities. The pool and game room were a big hit with my kids, making the hotel very family-friendly. The room was clean and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The staff went above and beyond by quickly responding to our requests for toothbrushes and an additional pack and play, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Great location near attractions and downtown area. Clean, bright, and modern room with a nice view of the city. Comfortable beds and enjoyable indoor pool for the kids. the staff was friendly and provided helpful recommendations for local BBQ.

Limited breakfast options - once the food was gone, it was not replaced. Housekeeping started cleaning early in the morning, which was disruptive.

This hotel was excellent in terms of service and staff. The receptionist, Andrew, gave us a delightful warm welcome and even upgraded us to a corner room with a view of the arch. The beds were ultra comfortable and the rooms were clean, including the common areas such as the pool area and breakfast area. The hot buffet breakfast had a wide variety of options, including waffles, fresh fruit, eggs and sausage. The location of the hotel was also very helpful, as it was within walking distance of the arch, Ballpark Village, the old courthouse, and several museums.

All was good, nothing major to improve.

The location was fantastic, right beside the Arch, allowing us to easily explore the area on foot. The view of the Arch from our room was simply breathtaking. Additionally, the staff were friendly and attentive, making sure that all our needs were met. The breakfast provided a variety of healthful options, ensuring that we started our day off right. this hotel exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay here again.
