I stayed for 5 nights and really enjoyed the comfy beds and daily cleaning. The location's awesome, just a short drive to all the best shows. I loved hanging out in the picnic area, perfect for lunches. Only wish the carpets were a bit fresher, but overall, it was a chill place to unwind.

The breakfast options were extensive, featuring eggs, biscuits, and a variety of pastries. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making mornings enjoyable for my family.

Unfortunately, the smoking policy was a major downside, with guests smoking outside our room, making it uncomfortable for our kids. I wish they would move towards a non-smoking environment.

Chur, the rooms were clean and comfy, but the shower head was low and the tub had no skid strips. Breakfast selection was decent though.

twelve oaks inn was super clean and in a great location, close to all the attractions. our queen room with two queen beds was spacious and cool upon arrival. breakfast was fantastic, with hot items like scrambled eggs and biscuits. the kitchen attendant was friendly and made sure we had plenty to eat.
