I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The location couldn't have been better, as it was close to Levi Stadium and just a short distance from the church. The Bay area is absolutely beautiful, and this hotel provided the perfect base for exploring Menlo park. The service here was top-notch, with room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping exceeding my expectations. My room was equipped with all the amenities I needed, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The sitting area was spacious and comfortable, and I felt secure with the in-room safe. The hotel provided everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, from the hairdryer and free toiletries in the bathroom to the refrigerator and microwave in the kitchenette. The flat-screen TV and am/fm alarm clock added to the convenience, and the telephone provided easy communication. The carpeted floor gave the room a cozy feel, and the dining options were excellent, with a restaurant and bar/lounge area offering delicious breakfast buffet and meals throughout the day.

The breakfast at Embassy Suites was fantastic! I loved the made-to-order omelette and french toast options. They also had a great selection of grab-and-go items like coffee, muffins, fruit, yogurt, and cereal. The complimentary happy hour was a nice touch too, with free drinks for adults and sodas for the kids. I also appreciated the convenience of having several food options within walking distance. it was a great deal and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Although the dining room had great food, the management could use some improvement. It was a bit chaotic trying to find an available table and there was no one tracking the buffet, so often we ran out of coffee and food.

They even surprised me with a slice of delicious cheesecake and a glass of red wine for my birthday. the staff's attention to detail and personalized service made me feel valued as a guest.

The location of this place was perfect for my business needs and there were plenty of great restaurants within walking distance.

This place is a great base to explore the Bay Area with SF an hour away and San Jose just a 20 minute drive. The location is convenient from the freeway, making it easy to get around. The staff here are very helpful and friendly, especially Felinza who provided excellent service. The rooms are extremely clean, large and modern with comfortable beds and nice TVs. The suite is well decorated and even has two TVs, perfect for relaxing in the small living room. I also appreciate the well-lit bathroom and the free snacks and drinks available in the evening. The breakfast here is excellent, with a great variety of food and a dedicated staff to ensure a pleasant dining experience.

Although my stay at this hotel was fantastic, the check-in process was not welcoming. I had to wait 30 minutes before I was able to check-in, which was a bit frustrating.

Excellent Front Desk Customer Experience on a Saturday Evening

We had a fantastic experience with Justin at the front desk who went above and beyond to help us with a vehicle issue. His car knowledge was impressive and he made sure we were able to fix the problem and continue our journey. The Pure room was impeccable, the breakfast was delicious, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back in the future. I highly recommend this hotel.
