I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, with everything I needed within 10 minutes of the airport. There is a mall area nearby with plenty of food choices, making it really convenient for dining out. The hotel itself is beautiful and great value for money. The room was spacious and very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I particularly loved the made-to-order omelet breakfast and the evening snacks and drinks provided. It was a wonderful touch that added to the overall experience. The staff were also top-notch, with a friendly and prompt check-in process. I had a great stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone.

In terms of improvements, the only thing I would note is the lack of proper utensils for breakfast. It seemed odd that plastic utensils were provided when all restaurants use china and proper silverware.

The shuttle service to the airport was extremely unreliable, with only one shuttle per hour after 8:00 AM. This made it difficult to plan our time and caused unnecessary delay. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room was subpar with hairs found in the shower, towels, and even the bed.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was super friendly and the place was very nice. The suite had plenty of room with a separate bedroom, and the bathroom was a good size for two people. The hotel is less than 5 minutes from a large shopping area and about 15 minutes from a popular spot called River Street. The free breakfast buffet with cook-to-order omelette was a great perk, and the free parking was an added bonus. We would definitely recommend this property to friends.

My recent stay at Embassy Suites was fantastic! I stayed at the hotel for three nights for a leisure trip with my friends. The hotel was new and clean, and our room with a separate bedroom was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was unusually big, which was a pleasant surprise. One of the highlights of our stay was the complimentary evening reception, where we enjoyed unlimited snacks and drinks. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access from the highway and plenty of nearby shops. The staff members we encountered, including the two women who checked us in, the cooks, servers, house cleaning staff. The great customer service provided by the entire team at Embassy Suites made our stay truly enjoyable.
