excellent access to parks and nearby landmarks for strolls

Staying here was great, especially since we were just a short walk away from both the beautiful hibiya park and the iconic imperial palace east garden, making our city strolls more enjoyable than ever. plus, the staff made us feel well taken care of throughout our visit, which really added to the experience.

Felt like royalty with the staff always ready to help, from sharing smiles to knowing all the right places to go! The view from our room was a jaw-dropper—massive skyline and the palace just a stone's throw away. Loved the brekkie buffet. so lekker!

Only downside was waiting a bit for the lift during rush hour—bit of a mission, but nothing major.

the breakfast was shockingly limited, a real letdown for a so-called 5-star hotel. I expected at least a warm cup o’ coffee but ended up with stale capsules. I also noticed the towels, I simply can't understand why they only gave me two, it’s like they really couldn't be bothered. almost thought about posting a glowing review, but I just couldn’t.

I enjoyed a 4-night solo stay on the Imperial Floor. The unrivaled service was a highlight, though the furnishings felt dated. Check out the nearby shopping for unique finds and opt for local breakfast spots instead of the hotel diner for better value. A lovely Tokyo experience overall!

The staff were incredibly attentive and polite, making us feel like royalty! 😊 The views were amazing, overlooking the beautiful Hibiya Park and Imperial Palace gardens. We enjoyed the relaxing sauna too!

buffet breakfast could be more varied.

this hotel is in a perfect spot! super close to the imperial palace and ginza shopping, which is like a dream for tourists. the staff really go out of their way to help, showing that real japanese omotenashi. breakfast is good, with a mix of western and asian food options available. plus, rooms are clean and comfy, with a nice view from the higher floors.

but the decor feels super outdated and dark, kinda bland honestly. also, the coffee prices in the lounge restaurant are absolutely insane!

Our family had a fabulous time at this hotel! The child care center was a lifesaver, letting the adults relax while the kids enjoyed fun activities. The service was top-notch, and it truly felt like we were in a royal retreat.

In my wife’s opinion, a wider variety of kids' meals would be great.

This place suits me perfectly, providing great amenities like free wi-fi, an indoor swimming pool, and a spa & wellness center. The staff once helped me return documents I left behind. I recommend trying the pancakes at the diner! I'm coming back for a business trip.
