The suite at the hotel was perfect for our family with 3 kids. We loved the complimentary breakfast in the room and the evening delivery of soft drinks and wine. Having the option for in-room massages was a great convenience, especially when my husband had business dinners. The kids also enjoyed the special kits with slippers, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and sponges.

The bathroom was impressive, with a large shower area and a great bathtub with automatic filling system. The air-conditioning worked perfectly. The concierge was exceptionally helpful, even after 6pm. The staff were attentive, warm, and friendly.

we had an amazing weekend in tokyo and the hotel surpassed our expectations. the location was perfect, close to the subway station and shopping district. the staff were incredibly welcoming and the food options were outstanding. everything was perfect, spacious room, great bath, and even the air conditioning was excellent.

The hotel where we stayed was in a great position, close to all the sights. the room was really spacious and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. the complementary drinks and snacks were also a nice touch. the pool and fitness area was surprisingly empty, so it was really nice to have that space to yourself.

I found the hotel to be quite old fashioned in decor and there were some things I didn't like, such as the shower head. the check-in and check-out process was quite slow and there were always long queues.
