This hotel has a great location with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The rooms are comfortable and well-outfitted, and the staff provides excellent service. The value for money is excellent, and the building is modern and comfortable.

The location is wonderful, conveniently close to shopping and a short ride to Columbia Heights. The bed is comfortable and the breakfast has a nice assortment of tasty food. Parking is convenient with options to pay at the gate or at the counter. The hotel is beautiful, with friendly and helpful staff.

I recently stayed at Embassy Suites in Chevy Chase for 5 nights. The location was perfect, right on the Metro line and with a CVS conveniently located inside the hotel. The staff, especially the evening/overnight staff, were very friendly and accommodating. Despite the ongoing renovations, the newly renovated room we were given was fantastic. The neighborhood is upscale, and the free breakfast and two-drink happy hour were a great added bonus. The separate bedroom with a king-size bed and the comfortable fold out sofa worked well for our family. The front desk supervisor was extremely helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We loved staying here! The location was perfect for us, with the metro station just downstairs and plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from. The staff were friendly and provided excellent room service, car hire and other conveniences to make our stay extra comfortable. Plus, the amenities in the room were top-notch, including a microwave, refrigerator, and flat-screen TV.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the Chevy Chase area, located literally inside a giant-now empty-mall. The value for money is unbeatable with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The rooms with a king size bed are spacious and comfortable, and the staff provides excellent service. The location is perfect, with easy access to the Metro, allowing for convenient sightseeing. The breakfast is a highlight, with omelets made to order and even options for vegans.

We had a great stay at a conveniently located hotel with parking facilities that were easily accessible and validated at the front desk. The room was spacious, clean, and had a great view. It had a stylish bar, a sliding door shower, and an LED mirror. The hotel is located inside a mall, making it convenient to access amenities like CVS, Starbucks, and Cheesecake Factory. The best part was the location on the metro line, allowing easy access to Washington attractions without having to leave the building or walk through an empty mall with stopped escalators.

The room accommodations were great, especially the size for the price. Having a separate door to separate the kids was a major plus. The facilities were well maintained and we really enjoyed the pool. Additionally, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

We had a few negative experiences during our stay. Secondly, we ran out of towels and the hotel didn't have any clean ones available, despite promising to bring some up.
