As low-budget travelers, we were pleasantly surprised by the range of amenities offered at the hotel. The friendly and welcoming staff made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The front desk agent, Joy, was a delight and made us feel like old friends. She remembered our names throughout our stay, adding a personal touch. Jennifer, another employee, went above and beyond when our luggage cart broke, helping us carry our belongings to our room. The breakfast was exceptional, with excellent cooks and helpers who provided a friendly and clean environment. The evening cocktails were a nice bonus, making our stay even more enjoyable.
