During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the warm and friendly staff who were always ready to help. They made me feel welcomed and took care of my needs, even providing a small fridge for my medical requirements. the spa facilities were fantastic, especially the jacuzzi, sauna, and aromatherapy room. It was a great way to unwind and meet other guests. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect. It was close to famous landmarks like Tower Bridge and St Katharine Docks, as well as underground stations and tourist bus companies. This made exploring the city extremely convenient.

There were a few things that could have been better. the swimming pool could have been warmer.
