The property was new and clean, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. Check-in was easy and the staff were very welcoming, even though we arrived late. The room was quiet, comfortable, and nicely decorated, with a kitchenette area. The innkeepers were friendly and provided helpful recommendations for dining options. The internet and cable connections were excellent, and the hot water in the shower was plentiful. a fantastic experience.

We had a fantastic stay at Empire Lakeshore Inn. The room we stayed in was brand new and beautifully furnished. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed having a mini-refrigerator and microwave. The inn was a peaceful and quiet retreat, and the other guests were considerate. Despite a small inconvenience with the room key and lack of TV programming, we found the amenities to be sufficient for our short stay. The location of the inn was perfect for exploring the dunes area and the Leelanau Peninsula. we highly recommend Empire Lakeshore Inn for a relaxing getaway.

We had a fantastic stay at the Lakeshore Inn. We appreciated the cleanliness of the room, the mini-fridge, microwave, and Keurig, and the convenient location close to Sleeping Bear Dunes and Glen Arbor. While we encountered some challenges with the check-in procedure, overall we would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.

This hotel is in a great location, close to everything in Empire. It made it easy for me to explore the Sleeping Bear Dunes and visit the nearby restaurants and shops. The hotel was also clean and comfortable, with spacious rooms and nicely made beds. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing great suggestions for local dining options.

This hotel was a great find for our 50th wedding celebration in Beulah. We were impressed with the attention to detail and value for money. The location was perfect, right in the center of the headboard to the dunes, and conveniently close to local attractions. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. Our room with a king bed and kitchenette was updated and clean. We also appreciated that breakfast was included.

The property pictures were misleading, as the hotel was further from the lake than expected and had fewer amenities in the town. One staff member was unfriendly, making it uncomfortable to ask for information.
