The bunk beds were incredibly comfortable, and the DIY breakfast was a great touch. the staff were friendly and always willing to help, making our experience even better. the common areas, such as the music room and kitchen, were cozy and well-maintained. the location was convenient for exploring the area, with downtown and breweries within walking distance. we had a fantastic time at Lodge And International and would definitely recommend it to friends.

They even accommodated my knee issue by giving me a semi-private room. The location was great, with breweries and downtown within walking distance. The breakfast options were good and the kitchen facilities were ample. The staff was responsive and the atmosphere was cozy and sociable.

The hostel provided a unique and artsy experience during our romantic escape. The walls were adorned with amazing artwork which added a touch of creativity to the atmosphere. We also appreciated the constant music playing in the common areas, creating a lively ambiance. The location was perfect, situated in a fun and vibrant neighborhood with plenty of nightlife options. Despite the lively surroundings, the hostel itself was peaceful and quiet, allowing us to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep.

The room was a little dark, which made it difficult to see at times. we would have appreciated more bathroom facilities such as shampoo and towels, as these were not sufficiently provided.

I stayed at Eugene Lodge And International for two nights and enjoyed every moment. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the property is located in a safe and vibrant neighborhood. The room I had was spacious and had a comfortable queen bed. It was a cozy and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a good night's rest. Additionally, the hostel was clean and filled with amazing funky art. The music room was a great addition, and I even got to hang out in the backyard and listen to live music. Highly recommend this place!

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the well-thought-out shared areas and comfortable space at the Eugene Hostel. The neighborhood was ideal for exploring the beautiful oddities of Eugene. The breakfast offered a delightful array of fruits and nutritional items, along with a great selection of caffeine essentials. The staff was responsive and friendly, even upgrading our room at no additional cost when it wasn't ready.

The private room had a fabulous front veranda and a super comfortable bed. The location on a quiet residential street was perfect, with convenient access to a general store, cafes, and bars just a short walk away.

I had a wonderful one-night stay at Eugene Lodge And International. Despite being a hostel, it was impressively clean, with the exception of the kitchen sinks that were a bit dirty. The Art Deco style of the dorm was really cool, and the staff, especially Mac, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hostel felt safe and had a great community vibe. I loved the available books and instruments, perfect for relaxing and connecting with fellow travelers. The nearby restaurants were fantastic, and the whole experience was so enjoyable and inspiring that I even wrote my best-ever Sociology essay here!

The hostel had plenty of common space, including a separate building for single rooms. The basic breakfast and stable WiFi were perfect for my needs, and the off-season stay meant I had the whole place to myself. The parking was convenient, and having a pizza truck next door was a fantastic bonus. The location and relaxed atmosphere of the hostel made for a welcoming stay. The staff, especially Mac, were incredibly accommodating and made me feel like a part of their community. I can't wait to come back in the future! 10/10!

During my four-day stay at Eugene Lodge And International, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Despite it being Christmas, the hostel remained open, and they even organized a potluck holiday dinner, complete with a delicious turkey. I enjoyed engaging conversations with fellow guests, like Brendt, Ian Mac, and Luke, although it took a bit of time to figure out who was who. I had a private room, which was a lovely upgrade, and it was conveniently located next to a dorm that looked perfectly fine. The recent posts describing the unique neighborhood were spot on; the neighborhood continues to boast its charm, despite occasional attempts at gentrification. I've also had an excellent experience at the Portland HI hostel, albeit on a larger and more impersonal scale. While some may view the curfew as a valid complaint, I found the quietness to be quite refreshing. Plus, having a tablet instead of a clattering laptop was a nice advantage.

The only downside was having to go downstairs to use the bathroom. Next time, I'll request a room on the ground floor.
