We celebrated our anniversary at this peaceful resort, and it was truly special. The bar staff, especially Herber, crafted some amazing drinks that we enjoyed by the pool, making our days simply unforgettable.

It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly, but considering the overall experience, it felt justified.

i stayed here recently after visiting four years ago, and it exceeded all my expectations during this relaxing spa holiday. the calm beach was a highlight, and the dining options were delightfully varied, making every meal enjoyable. the staff consistently provided genuine and attentive service, truly enhancing my experience.

the check-in process took longer than expected.

We loved our time here, and taking day trips to explore nature was amazing. We went hiking and snorkeling, and the scenery was breathtaking! The staff was super friendly and made us feel welcome. Don’t miss trying the local food at the buffet and the delicious burgers at the snack bar!

One downside was that sometimes the service was a bit slow in the buffet, and it could be frustrating when we were really hungry after a long day.

The staff treated us like family, making every moment enjoyable. If you're planning a trip, definitely check out the local spots and take a dip in the clear waters!

The master suites are a solid choice, featuring central AC and large bathrooms—plus, you wake up to the ocean just 30 meters away. The two sizeable pools with wet bars offer a nice spot to lounge when you're not enjoying the ocean, which is calm and perfect for water activities.

However, the food quality is something to be desired. bland options and drinks that taste more like sugary water than actual juice really drag down the experience. Add to that the lack of nearby dining options, complicated check-in processes, and the occasional cleanliness issues with the bathrooms, it feels more like a work in progress than a well-polished resort. Also, during my stay, it rained a lot, and there were limited activities to keep busy indoors, leaving a lackluster impression overall. Not to mention, the Wi-Fi was spotty in certain areas, making it tough to unwind after a long day.

The beach exuded tranquility, with soft volcanic sand perfect for strolls and crystal-clear waters ideal for swimming. Food options were impressive. highlighted by homemade cakes that delighted even the pickiest eaters. The atmosphere was lively but never overcrowded, allowing for relaxation by the beautiful pools, where the swim-up bar served refreshing cocktails. A slight downside was the occasional slowness in buffet service during peak times, which left us waiting a bit longer than anticipated for our meals. Overall, the experience was memorable with plenty of activities and delightful wildlife sightings.

The resort features beautifully maintained grounds and serene ambiance, ideal for relaxation amidst nature. The highlight was certainly the culinary experience, with juicy steaks and a variety of delicious vegetarian options that even appealed to my picky kids. However, my family encountered some inconveniences, including a less than welcoming front desk staff who insisted on additional fees for early check-in and provided inconsistent service throughout our stay. Lastly, while the wildlife sightings, like monkeys and parrots, were memorable, the lack of adequate shade around the pools made lounging uncomfortable at times.
