We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in this city. The entire bottom floor was under renovation, but this meant that all the rooms were already finished and they were very nice, clean, and comfortable. The staff, especially Althea and Carter, at the front desk and shuttle driver crew were great and very friendly. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to Lenox Mall and the Cadence Bank Amphitheatre in Chastain Park. The shuttle running late ensured that all hotel guests could easily reach and return from the venue. We also appreciated the effort put into the presentation of the hotel, with attention to detail in both the lobby and the room. The staff was attentive but not overbearing and matched the decorum of the hotel. We will definitely be staying here again whenever we are in town.

There was a great selection of restaurants nearby and the hotel provided a small but complete gym for guests to stay fit. The breakfast offered was the best I've had at a hotel, and the staff were informative and made me feel at home.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to the Buckhead area and the Atlanta Historical Museum. I was able to visit the Swan House, which was well worth it. The hotel facilities were excellent, and I especially enjoyed the refreshments in the lobby. The staff were friendly and provided helpful tips for sightseeing. The shuttle service was very convenient and made getting around this city a breeze. the cleanliness, location, transportation options, and helpful staff were the best aspects of my stay.

Stayed near the aquarium and Six Flags in the Atlanta Buckhead area. In spite of renovation, the staff was kind and accommodating with great service. The rooms were comfortable, and amenities such as the pool and breakfast were excellent. The location was convenient, just a short walk to the shopping center, the staff made up for any minor inconveniences.

One of the elevators was under maintenance and caused inconvenience.

We absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect, as it was in a neighborhood close to everything we wanted to see. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our every request, making us feel truly valued. The room was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed, including ironing facilities and tea and coffee facilities. The garden furniture outside was a nice touch, allowing us to relax and enjoy the outdoor space. In addition, the breakfast was delicious and included in the price of the room. We also appreciated the free toiletries and the flat-screen TV in our room. this place exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to others.

The hotel had a great breakfast spread with a variety of options to choose from. the rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. I also enjoyed the convenience of the shuttle service provided by the hotel, which allowed us to explore nearby attractions without having to worry about parking.

The noise from ongoing construction was a major drawback. the constant loud sounds from the construction workers made it difficult to relax and enjoy our stay.

I recently stayed at The Burgess Hotel for a concert at Chastain Park. The location was great and the complimentary limo ride to and from the show was awesome! The free on-site parking was a nice perk, and the included hot breakfast was beyond expectations, with Belgian waffles and a made-to-order omelet station. The room itself was spacious and had a custom, homey feel with laminate flooring and an area rug. The king bed was very comfortable, allowing for a restful sleep. Marquise, the manager, provided exceptional service and made us feel welcome and at home. He went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and even offered to change our room when the air conditioners made it feel damp. the hotel was a great value and I would definitely stay here again.
