We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Uplawmoor. The room was lovely, with comfortable beds and a fantastic shower. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we particularly appreciated being able to have breakfast and packed lunch delivered to our room in a cool box because we had to check out early. The food in the restaurant was amazing, with big portions and a good choice of gluten-free options. The hotel also has electric vehicle charging points for guests, which was a great bonus.

The staff, especially Yvonne, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the customer care demonstrated by Paul and Emma was outstanding.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I had a fantastic time. the value for money was excellent. I was able to book a great deal and felt like I got my money's worth. Secondly, the location was perfect. It was in a quiet village but still close enough to Glasgow and the airport. This allowed me to easily explore the nearby attractions and have a peaceful sleep at night. Lastly, the staff were incredible. They provided top-notch service and attention to detail. Their friendly and welcoming attitude made me feel right at home.

Spent Easter in a quaint countryside hotel with great service. Loved the freshly made meals with locally sourced ingredients and the relaxing atmosphere. the staff were always friendly and happy to chat. the hotel’s location offered wonderful paths along the water and through picturesque farms. the room was comfortable and the shower had great water pressure.

The room felt outdated and could use some improvements. the breakfast was only served from 10 am in a picnic basket, which was quite inconvenient for early risers.

The staff were exceptional, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The room was clean and comfortable, with a very comfy bed. The food in the restaurant was a cut above normal bar fare, especially the Stornaway black pudding. We also enjoyed the breakfast, served in a picnic basket, and the location was still close to the center of Glasgow and the ferry to Dunoon. the hotel facilities, cleanliness, breakfast, and staff were outstanding.
