We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being very close to Union Square and within walking distance of Chinatown and the Montgomery BART station. It was also easy to get to Fisherman's Wharf from here. Our room was comfortable and clean, with good quality furnishings. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Ashley at the reception. We appreciated being able to leave our luggage both early when we arrived and late when we left. The hotel had a nice bar and grill, although we didn't eat there.

Everything was fantastic. The only small downside was the size of the bathroom, which was uncomfortably tiny.

As longer term business travelers, we appreciated the easy access to the parking garage. The staff at the hotel were not only pleasant but also genuinely interested in ensuring our experience was a positive one.

Excellent breakfast with changing hot dishes daily. Super good orange juice and coffee. Charming and characterful old building. Perfect location near cable car and Chinatown. Very good nearby restaurants like Cesarios and Uncles Vito.

The hotel is located in the center of San Francisco, making it easy to explore all parts of the city especially with public transport. The staff were attentive and friendly, and the rooms were spacious with great large windows, and the beds were huge and very comfortable. The breakfast was included in the price, which was great value for money.
