My stay at Mill Falls Resort Collection At The Lake was delightful. Nestled by the lakeside, I enjoyed the peaceful ambiance, along with beautiful views from my room. The staff were incredibly friendly, handling requests promptly and ensuring my comfort throughout my visit.

We loved using the paddle boards and kayaks for free before 11 AM as part of the resort fee. The original building was a lovely walk from the updated area and provided easy access to amenities. Church Landing had a beautiful pool and offered wonderful views. Spacious suites and cozy common areas enhanced our experience. Great dining options and nearby attractions rounded out our stay.

The room itself was great , perfect for an anniversary getaway. But when we checked in, we were told the room wasn't ready and magically it was just a moment later. It was frustrating but made for a funny story at dinner.

Everything cost quite a bit, I guess it felt acceptable on some level , but I expected better service.

We enjoyed a lovely lakeside resort experience that became a family tradition. The beautiful scenery really stood out, and we appreciated the spacious common areas. Plus, taking our two dogs along made it even better! Breakfast was tasty but busy.

My kids wished for more games for family fun.

Unfortunately, the check-in process was frustrating, requiring us to locate the separate property, which was poorly signed. The cleanliness needed attention, as there was hair in the tub and issues with a musty smell throughout the room, alongside outdated decor that felt neglected. Additionally, some furniture and carpets showed signs of wear which detracted from the overall ambiance.

Had an amazing time with friends at this lakeside resort. We enjoyed a scenic lake cruise at sunset and danced the night away in the Flagship Ballroom. The wine tasting experience was fun too! Expect great outdoor activities like paddling in the morning, but a heads-up on potential cleanliness issues from other reviews.

One friend faced issues with a tub that wouldn't drain properly, which was reported multiple times, but still not addressed by the staff during our stay. Definitely not ideal if you’re paying top dollar.
