The rooms at Hyatt Place Ocean City Oceanfront are absolutely cozy and comfortable. The seating area and flat-screen TV make relaxing after a long day easy. Plus, the balcony with the ocean view is a dream come true for a beach lover like me.

I found the complimentary toiletries a bit strong for my liking, but I'm sure others may enjoy them.

The hotel staff was friendly and attentive, making our Christmas stay enjoyable. the beds were surprisingly comfortable and the breakfast exceeded our expectations, with fresh and delicious options like scrambled eggs, bacon, and roasted root veggies. Additionally, the ocean view from our room was breathtaking, adding an extra touch of relaxation to our holiday experience.

There were a few downsides during our stay. One of our rooms was not cleaned properly upon arrival, which was disappointing.

The rooms are clean and cosy, and some even have a spacious balcony to relax on. The friendly staff provides a good service and the breakfast is tasty and varied. Additionally, the facilities are modern and well-maintained.

The decor in some common areas of the hotel could be improved.

We stayed at Hyatt Place for a week with our kids, husband, and dog. The staff was polite, pools were a good size, and the location was excellent. The room was spacious and comfy, perfect for our family. The hotel was just a few steps away from the boardwalk and surrounded by great eateries. Everything was within walking distance, making it very convenient for us. The walk to the rides was long, but the distractions on the boardwalk made the time pass quickly.

Couldn't stay longer.

This hotel is located in a great spot that's quieter compared to other parts of the area. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. I also enjoyed the different options available at the free breakfast, such as pancakes and eggs. One of the standout features was the staff who were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, from check-in to check-out.

No major issues, just a minor aspect that could be improved.

The oceanfront balcony with high chairs made a huge difference. The staff was friendly and helpful. Beachfront view was gorgeous, and the location was very convenient. I really enjoyed my stay at Hyatt Place. I would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The ocean view from the room was amazing, and it was great that I couldn't hear any noise from the boardwalk. the furniture in the room was comfortable and the accommodations were just right. the pool area with a bar and live music was a nice touch. the hotel was also conveniently located close to good stores and restaurants.

The cleanliness of the room was subpar, with hair in the shower and debris on the floor. the hotel could definitely improve on their housekeeping services.

As longer term business travelers, we were impressed by the helpful staff, ocean view, and proximity to the beach. The hotel had a shower by the entrance which was perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. The swimming with mermaids experience was a unique touch and added to our enjoyment.
