I had a very enjoyable extended stay at Extended Stay America Premier Suites. The staff was exceedingly courteous, friendly, and highly helpful. They made my stay pleasant and hassle-free, providing excellent local information. The privacy of not having room service enter my room at odd hours was a nice touch. The serene environment and proximity to the nearest bus stop were a bonus. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location was easy to find and in a nice area. The A/C was amazing and kept the hotel cool. The lobby was clean and beautiful, just like the pictures. The room had new wooden floors and modern window shades. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were crisp and cool. The modern kitchen was a great addition. a great stay!

The room was sparkling clean and the wall unit was impressive. The front desk was also very responsive when I called to ask for a hairdryer. I had a comfortable stay at Extended Stay.

Cleanliness, hotel facilities, location in the area on business. The hotel was clean and modern, with no carpets and a full kitchen for extended stays. The lobby was clean and inviting, and the AC throughout the hotel was amazing, making it comfortable even on hot days. The location was convenient, close to everything we needed to be near in the Providence area for our business trip.

We stayed at this extended stay for a few months and it was in a great location, close to many restaurants, stores, and the downtown area. The room was clean, spacious, and had a kitchen to cook in with kitchenware available. The bathroom was beautiful and always clean, and the staff went above and beyond to help us during our stay.

The pillows were poor quality and there were only a few on each bed.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, free parking and dog-friendly policy make for a pleasant stay. Kitchen supplies provided, and the pull-out table is a nice touch. Quiet atmosphere ideal for relaxing. Ice trays, cups, plates, and coffee in the rooms. Great value for the price.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in East Providence. The rooms were comfortable and clean with a very comfortable bed, and I loved the convenience of having a kitchenette with a big fridge. The hotel is updated and well-maintained, making it a pleasant place to stay. The staff were friendly and provided great service. I also appreciated that breakfast was included, offering a good start to the day.
