The hotel is really close to everything, including several restaurants which was convenient. The staff were really pleasant and the hot breakfast was very good. I had different breakfasts each morning, which was really nice. Also, I was very impressed with their attention to detail in accommodating my motorized wheelchair.

The room was very clean and spacious, with fresh linens and a comfortable bed. The hotel had a contemporary and elegant decor. There was a small pool and a well-equipped workout room. The complimentary bottled water at the front desk was a nice touch. The breakfast spread was satisfying with waffles, omelette, bacon, oatmeal, and more. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The Hampton Inn Morristown exceeded our expectations with its cleanliness, excellent accommodations, and friendly staff. From the helpful directions provided by Joyce to the convenient layout of the room, every detail was well thought out. The continental breakfast was delicious, and the availability of electronic plugs made our stay even more convenient. The location was also convenient for visiting relatives. a fantastic experience!

We recently stayed at a hotel that is in a fantastic location, close to many stores and restaurants. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful, even providing an early breakfast due to our triathlon event. The fitness center had great equipment and free bottled water was a plus.

The room's toilet handle had some issues, but it was not a major concern.

We came off of the Interstate to find a hotel room for the night since the rain was coming down too hard on the Interstate. The front desk was able to accommodate us. The room was a nice size and looked to be recently renovated. The bed was comfortable along with the pillows. Our room was very quiet. We didn't hear anyone around us which is nice since the walls must be well insulated. The morning breakfast was well stocked and delicious. The hotel has some elegance to it. The lobby looks very nice. We loved the wide hallways leading to the rooms. You don't usually find wide hallways like that. We would stay here again if ever in the area.

The room had a funny smell.

I recently stayed at Hampton Inn in Morristown for a couple of nights. The location was perfect for my needs and the staff, especially Joyce at the front desk, was friendly and helpful. The room was well-furnished and my grandson loved the chaise lounger and the Cartoon Network channels. The cleanliness of the property was exceptional, and I appreciated the extra precautions taken for a clean and sanitized environment during these times. The availability of prepackaged breakfast bowls was a convenient and tasty option.

The breakfast was excellent, with prepackaged frozen breakfast bowls that were easy to heat up in the microwave. The cleanliness of the property was top-notch, and I appreciated the extra precautions taken to provide a clean and sanitized environment. The hotel's location was convenient, especially for those visiting Carson-Newman University in Morristown, TN.

Additionally, the breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious and had a good variety of hot and cold options. It was a great way to start the day.

Aspects: One aspect that was disappointing was the cleanliness of the room. We noticed some areas that were missed during the cleaning process, such as smudges and sticky spots on the furniture.

The complementary breakfast was decent and the bed was comfortable enough to sleep. the hotel’s proximity to the city center and main attractions made it easy to navigate around the area and explore.

The room was not well-kept and dirty. There were stains on the carpet and the overall smell was unpleasant.
