The staff at the front desk, especially Julie, were warm and extremely helpful. The hotel's location was perfect, with a Monoprix just 10 steps away and Eric Kayser down the lane. It was also a few minutes' walk to the Louvre and close to the metro. The concierge provided helpful maps and options. The hotel was clean and prompt with their services.

My stay at Hotel Pont Royal was exceptional. I stayed for a week and the staff was always friendly and helpful. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it the best night's sleep I've had in a hotel. The room felt luxurious and spacious, complete with a nice bathroom. Despite facing the street, it was quiet at night. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transport, a grocery store right outside, and numerous restaurants and shops nearby. The view from my top floor room was splendid and I could enjoy it from the chairs provided. The breakfast exceeded my expectations and internet was included. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in the area.

I loved the quietness of the 7th floor and the view of the Eiffel Tower from the small balcony was breathtaking, especially at night with the twinkling lights. The staff, including Zuzu, Judith, and Eric, were extremely friendly and helpful. the location was fantastic, with most attractions within walking distance and a supermarket right across the street. We also appreciated the convenience of having a pharmacy next door. the hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the rooms were of appropriate size. We especially liked the user-friendly and clean bathrooms. the concierges were also very helpful in providing recommendations and assisting with any needs. We definitely recommend Pont Royal and will be back!

The view from our deluxe double bed room was breathtaking. We could see the top of the Eiffel Tower on one side and the Seine river on the other. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the Musée D'Orsay and a public parking nearby. The service was friendly and accommodating, and they helped us with all our requests. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Saint-Germain-des-Prés.
