Decent Stay with Room for Improvement

Had a comfortable three-night stay. The staff was friendly, but housekeeping was subpar, as my room wasn't serviced for days. The breakfast selection was decent. For a better experience, I suggest asking for extra towels at check-in and ensuring housekeeping's schedule is clear during your stay.

The shower was munted, with sticky floors and a not-so-clean vibe, but the staff were heaps friendly! Chur for that, at least!

the hotel had a clean refreshment bar with nice tea options. the lobby area felt too tight and could use better flow.

The location is convenient for exploring the area, and the rooms are quite comfortable. Breakfast offerings include appealing vegetarian dishes, which I appreciated. However, the cleanliness of the property left much to be desired. my room had unemptied garbage and a toilet that wouldn't flush despite reporting it. The hustle and bustle of ongoing renovations created a noisy environment that detracted from the stay. I encountered issues with the breakfast setup, making it difficult to choose items without everyone touching the sandwiches.

Rooms were not ready upon arrival, leading to unnecessary delays!!! Elevator service was frustratingly slow, especially during peak times!!! Bathrooms were uncomfortably small and cramped, not suitable for larger guests!!!

The staff at this hotel were friendly and accommodating, making the check-in process smooth. Though I did notice some ongoing renovations, the atmosphere felt clean and organized. The location is ideal, right off the highway, making it easy to access attractions in the Merrimack Valley. Would visit again during my travels.

Rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. Cleanliness was good throughout. The breakfast had a range of options that filled us up nicely and free coffee was available at the front desk 24/7.
