Great value for the money, clean rooms and accommodating staff. The location was convenient and the hotel design was nice. Loved the coffee/tea table in the lobby and the lemon water at the front desk. The beds were extremely comfortable and the whole room was inviting. The breakfast buffet selection was incredible and the whole place was very clean.

The breakfast menu could be improved by providing small plastic cups by the sink. It would also be nice to have a few more towels in rooms with two people.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Tewksbury and had a great experience at Fairfield Inn. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety of hot food and the staff was prompt in cleaning up. I loved the fresh fruit and yogurt options. The room was updated with a beautiful shower and the seating and bedding were extremely comfortable. it was a convenient, comfortable, and reasonably priced stay.

The location of the hotel was convenient for our city trip, being close to Lowell ma. The staff at the front desk were helpful and friendly. The hotel offered a breakfast option, which was a nice convenience and saved us some money.

The pool was closed during our visit, which was a letdown since we were looking forward to relaxing by the poolside. Additionally, the breakfast provided was not up to our expectations, and we ended up having to spend extra money on meals.
