Breakfast variety was appealing, but too repetitive.

The housekeeping is inconsistent, so anticipate needing to ask for basic supplies like towels!!! Loud noise from adjacent rooms and hallways can be bothersome!!! Maintenance issues with facilities should be addressed promptly!!!

The staff truly shines, always patient and accommodating. The breakfast was flavorful, and the covered pool area provided hours of fun for the kids!

The check-in process lacked professionalism, and I encountered issues with faulty room keys, requiring countless trips to the front desk.

The queen suite with sofa bed was awesome! Super comfy beds and pillows! Everything was clean with nice body wash and shampoo. The indoor pool and hot tub were great after a long day. Friendly staff made breakfast extra pleasant. Plus, the location is right by skiing and other fun stuff. Highly recommend this spot!

Cleaning staff really dropped the ball on basics like missing toiletries and daily service!!! The overall cleanliness of common areas was pretty lacking!!! And please fix the elevator — waiting forever is not ideal!!!

the breakfast was a total disaster—such a zoo! not enough food for the amount of guests, and using the waffle station was out of the question, how ridiculous! I expected at least a special room upgrade for all the trouble, but I guess that was too much to ask. I almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.

we had an issue with our keys not working multiple times 😅 but the staff were super patient and friendly. the breakfast was amazing and kept fresh. pool was a blast for the kids! rooms were clean and spacious!

The location is fantastic. so close to Montage Mountain! The hotel facilities were pretty solid. clean room with a nice TV setup and we enjoyed the hot tub and pool during the quieter Saturday afternoon.
