The value for money was excellent, with a comfortable and spacious room. The location was perfect, making it easy to walk everywhere in town. The staff were friendly and provided great customer service.

The morning meal could have had more variety, maybe adding some different options to the menu would have been nice.

Located right in the heart of the village, this hotel is within walking distance of plenty of shops, restaurants, and eateries. The room is cozy and comfortable which makes us feel at home right away. The staff is accommodating and very friendly, making sure that all our requests are promptly met. Furthermore, the breakfast menu is superbly executed that we thoroughly enjoyed every bite.

Although the facilities are well maintained, we wish that the air-conditioning is easily controllable as it was too cold at times.

As business guests, we loved the convenient location on the main street, making it easy to explore the town. The friendly staff made us feel welcome and the cleanliness of the room was impressive. The complimentary fresh-baked cookies and bath bomb were cute little touches that added to a pleasant stay.

Great friendly staff. They were so helpful in giving us ideas of things to do and places to go. We throughly enjoyed staying in St Michaels. Great restaurants, a fabulous museum--the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum--, kayaking, biking. The breakfasts at the inn were fabulous--lots of choices. Incredible gluten free baked goods. Cookies and muffins and tea and coffee available all day. Room had a jacuzzi tub which we liked. Large TV, good lighting. Rediscovered St Micheals. There is more to the town than the harbour. The area away from the shore is now upscale week-end cottages, nice walking trail off of Chestnut, great hiking area ten miles north in Wye Plantation.
