From the front desk personnel who warmly welcomed me upon arrival to the friendly individuals who were more than willing to answer any questions I had about the area, the level of customer care was top-notch. Lastly, I was impressed by the attention to detail and the basic amenities provided in the rooms. The availability of a pull-out sofa bed came in handy, and the fact that the gym was accessible 24 hours a day allowed me to fit in a workout at my convenience. the Fairfield Inn By Marriott Richmond New Paris offered great value for money, with its convenient location, attentive staff, and well-appointed rooms.

What a great Christmas at a hotel! Had a delightful experience with lovely complementary treats in the room. the hot chocolate and cookies in the lobby were a hit with the whole family. the hotel was strategically placed, very close to the main road. We had no trouble finding the location and parking was very accessible. On top of that, the room was spacious and comfortable for all five of us.

The bathroom had some issues, like mold on the tiles and the exhaust fan not functioning well. there was only one towel per person which was not enough for us.

Great Value and Convenient Location

During our stay at Fairfield Inn, we encountered a minor inconvenience with our room key. It took a couple of tries to get the green light to come on and gain access, but it always worked in the end.

Great for families with kids. Pool with extra towels for swimming. Friendly and helpful staff.
