Had a great stay at Novotel Greenwich for 2 nights. Perfect location near Greenwich station. Friendly receptionists, modern hotel, and a nice vibe. Bedroom had good facilities including a decent hair dryer and Nespresso coffee machine. Useful fridge and safe. Plus, an underground car park. Very good breakfast.

I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel in a nice area very easily accessible. The location was perfect, as it was within 50 yards of a train station, making it incredibly convenient to travel into the centre of the city. The staff at this place were extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a comfortable bed. The hotel also offered a variety of dining options, with a restaurant and bar that served delicious food and had a nice modern atmosphere. The breakfast staff were particularly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome each morning.

While my overall experience at this hotel was great, there were a few minor issues. Additionally, despite upgrading my room, some of the extra facilities that were promised were not available.

I absolutely love staying at this hotel! The location is perfect, being right at the train station in Greenwich. It's so convenient for traveling around the area. The breakfast is delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Plus, the view from the room is absolutely stunning, overlooking the beautiful city skyline.

The parking availability is very limited. It would be great if the hotel could arrange an agreement with a local car park to increase the availability for guests.

The location was superb, with the train station just outside and easy access to London Bridge and other attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel could improve on the availability of plug points in the room. It was a bit of a hassle to find a plug for charging devices, especially when multiple people were trying to charge at the same time.
