The front desk staff at this hotel was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and friendly. They were always available to assist us with anything we needed. the cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional - the rooms were spotless, and even the corners of the carpet were dust-free. the housekeeping staff was accommodating and friendly as well. We were impressed with the high standards set by the front desk manager, who ensured that every guest had a great stay. the customer service we received was excellent, and we will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again on our next visit to the area.

Fairfield Inn provided comfortable accommodations with a separate "living area" and a very clean room. the staff at the front desk were welcoming, helpful, and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests. the location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to the mall, shopping centers, restaurants, and entertainment. It was convenient to be able to walk to these places, especially when my husband had our only vehicle out at the lake. the ability to plug in our boat on the hotel lot was a hassle-free perk.

One aspect I didn't like about the hotel was the lack of proper tableware. the breakfast only had plastic and paper utensils, plates, and cups.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location behind a shopping mall is perfect for those who love to shop, and the convenience of having good shopping stores right next door is a definite plus. The staff is friendly and accommodating, making sure guests have a comfortable stay. The rooms are well-equipped with basic amenities and even feature a sofa for added comfort. There were some negatives about our stay. the chlorine smell from the pool was overpowering, hitting us even before we entered the hotel.

The local desk clerk was knowledgeable and provided useful tips for downtown travel. The staff was friendly and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a good selection. The hot tub at the neighboring hotel was a great bonus.
