The shuttle driver went above and beyond to ensure our group made it back to the hotel, despite changes in our travel plans. the service was top-notch and made our stay stress-free.

The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and close proximity to many attractions. I was also pleased to see that the hotel had excellent facilities for handicapped individuals.

The hotel had guest laundry facilities, which came in handy when we got caught in the rain. The staff went above and beyond to clean our room daily, even though housekeeping services were suspended for the first few days of our stay. Parking was free and convenient. The staff was also very accommodating, preparing special scrambled eggs for my sister who doesn't eat meat and providing a free ride to the Baltimore Harbor, saving us the hassle of finding parking.

From the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out, they were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. The basic amenities in the rooms at this hotel were well-maintained and everything was stocked and cleaned to our satisfaction every day. Lastly, the breakfast offered at the hotel was excellent. Although there was no hotel restaurant, the traditional buffet was a pleasant surprise with a variety of options to choose from.
