As a tourist, I loved the exceptional staff, especially Ruby, who took care of any reservation issues quickly and professionally. The hotel was clean, with spacious rooms and a helpful front desk. The shuttle driver went above and beyond to ensure our group made it back to the hotel, despite changes in our travel plans. the service was top-notch and made our stay stress-free.

Felt spoiled, no complaints whatsoever.

The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service to the nearby Metro station, making it convenient for exploring the city. the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service. Additionally, the breakfast served in the mornings was enjoyable and provided a good start to the day.

There were a few drawbacks during my stay. One major disappointment was the pool being closed, despite being assured it would be open.

I gotta say, the value for money at this hotel was top-notch! The room was super comfortable and the staff treated us like family. They even went above and beyond to return a suit we left behind. A+ for customer service!

One small thing that could've been better was the food for breakfast. It would've been nice to have more options or variety.

The front desk personnel were friendly and professional, making me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. The property was clean and well-maintained, and my room was tastefully decorated and spotless. The hotel's proximity to freeway entrances, local shops, and eateries made it convenient for exploring the area. Plus, the Branch Avenue Metro Station was nearby, allowing easy access to downtown Washington, D.C. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

The hotel was clean and had great facilities, including an indoor pool. The location was convenient, close to the Green Line Metro Station and the National Harbor and Outlets. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious.

Okay breakfast, comfortable bed, good TV and internet. Helpful staff, hotel van to entertainment, restaurants, and shopping. Easy travel to Metro.

The shuttle driver provided exceptional service, going out of their way to help our tired group of 15 late at night. Despite missing the last shuttle, the driver came back for us. The hotel is beautiful with friendly staff, ample parking, and convenient amenities like a 24-hour gym and a pool. The rooms are spacious and perfect for large families, with a nice tea and coffee bar.
