The hotel, a true masterpiece of modern design and luxury. The rooms were beautifully decorated, with high ceilings and large windows that filled the space with natural light. The attention to detail was impeccable, from the rain shower to the auto sensor nightlights. We even had a Bluetooth speaker in our room! Coffee and fine teas were provided, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a great selection of food and beverages. We were pleasantly surprised to find a dog bed and food/water bowls for our furry companion. The staff, especially Lenka and Peter, were professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. The pop-up store next to the reception was an added bonus, featuring locally designed and produced design pieces that we loved.

The pillows could have been a bit more supportive, but it didn't significantly impact our overall comfort. The view from the room, while not a landmark view, overlooked a street and tram stop, which was still pleasant.

Service was impeccable, with thoughtful and professional staff as well as exclusive options like in-room breakfast and make up services. the spa lounge was a great place to unwind after a long day, with a great selection of full body massages and beauty treatments.

The only minor issue I encountered was with the steam room in the Spa & wellness centre. Although the facilities were top-notch, the steam room was slightly overheated, and there were no blankets or heating in the relaxation rooms.

The location of the hotel is perfect, away from the crowds but still within walking distance to all the main attractions. The rooms are wonderful, with comfortable beds and beautiful artwork throughout the hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. The breakfast is quite alright, but sometimes you may have to wait a bit for your order. the hotel offers great facilities and room advantages, such as a spa and a bar with amazing bartenders.
