Dude, the staff were, like, super friendly and helpful. We got a late checkout and they gave us directions to our room. The indoor pool was, like, the warmest ever! Also, breakfast was on point with choices every day. Just wish the bathroom looked a bit fresher, but whatever!

I was given the wrong room despite confirmed requests, which made our stay extremely frustrating. My family needed restful accommodation for our games, but instead, we were cramped and uncomfortable, making the experience worse after a long day.
