Had a FANTASTIC STAY near the airport with great breakfast. the service was excellent and the rooms felt like high-end condos. the large indoor swimming pool was the best part! Would definitely stay again. Photos don't do it justice.

I stayed at the Hyatt House Raleigh/RDU/Brier Creek for transit during my travel and the convenience of a free roundtrip airport shuttle was a huge plus. The hotel also offers a terrace and a firepit, creating a nice outdoor space to relax and unwind after a long day of traveling. The spacious and well-equipped suites made for a comfortable stay, especially the full kitchens which added a homey touch.

I was disappointed to find that the on-site restaurant was not fully operational during my stay. The limited menu options and sudden closure left me scrambling to find alternatives for dining, which was not ideal for a traveler looking for convenience and relaxation.

The hotel exceeded my expectations with its exceptional housekeeping services and friendly staff at the front desk. the breakfast was impressive, and the snacks at the bar area were delightful. the location was very convenient, a short drive to the Research Triangle Park and Brier Creek Commons with various shops and restaurants nearby. the property offers great entertainment options and excellent food and drinks onsite. the leisure facilities, like the indoor swimming pool and BBQ area, were well-maintained and perfect for relaxation.

One aspect that could be improved is the communication regarding room types to avoid confusion upon arrival, ensuring guests get the accommodation they booked. it would be beneficial to enhance the responsiveness of the staff to guests' concerns, such as room maintenance and cleaning requests, to provide a seamless and enjoyable stay experience.

the hotel was fab! the rooms were so clean and modern, and the location was perfect for us. we felt like we were at the beach with the best weather ever. the staff was super friendly and kind. they even upgraded our room for free! the gym and breakfast were great too.

Dutch treats at the dining spot were legendary. Plus, the hot water and breakfast were solid gold. Decent value, and the staff hooked it up when asked. Cons: Service could be slow - had to chase down the bartender and wait on the phone. Minor breakfast mix-up, but hey, still tasty. a solid spot to kick back and chill.

We hit up the awesome billiards area and had a total blast. The staff were super cool and the vibe was just right for a teenage hangout. Plus, the pool and gym were on point for some chill time.

Wish there was a cool hangout spot for late-night gatherings, like a rooftop lounge or a trendy bar area. That would be epic for us young folks looking for a good time!

The room was just like a cozy apartment - I loved the full kitchen and comfy living room. It felt like my own little space, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring Raleigh.

I personally didn't use the kitchenette, but others might find it handy.

We had a wonderful time at the hotel playing a few rounds of pool in the cozy, inviting area. It was a great way to unwind and spend quality time together as a family. The atmosphere was relaxed and fun, and the kids absolutely loved it. It's a fantastic addition to the hotel's amenities, adding that extra touch to our family getaway.

My wife says that having a children's play area near the pool would have been a great addition for families with kids.

We also enjoyed the relaxing patio area and found the H Market very convenient for snacks and drinks. The staff were always friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location of the hotel was also ideal, with easy access to nearby shops, restaurants, and a supermarket.

While our overall experience was positive, there were a couple of minor inconveniences. One was that the TV in our room was not a smart TV and had limited channels available.

I keep coming back for the friendly staff and bug spray assist on my first stay. The place suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, free airport shuttle, cozy rooms with kitchenette, and indoor pool. Can't wait for Christmas stay!

For the price we paid, we got excellent value at this hotel. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the staff treated us with great friendliness and cooperation. We especially enjoyed the amenities like the pool table and indoor pool.

The morning meal could be improved with better egg and sausage options. However, the variety of other breakfast choices like boiled eggs and fruit quickly made up for it.
