The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of many of the main attractions. It is also right by the U4 train station, making it easy to get to anywhere you need to go. The rooms are quiet and the staff offers excellent personalized service. The pool and spa facilities are modern and clean.

The hotel's doormen were often absent and encouraged guests to take taxis without informing them of the potentially higher rates compared to Uber.

The rooms were not as modern or comfortable as we had expected, lacking some of the luxury features we have experienced in other five-star hotels. The hotel also didn't have a lobby bar, which was a disappointment as we enjoy having a drink in a relaxed and comfortable setting.
