The location was absolutely stunning, surrounded by lush forests and beautiful nature. the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. the activities provided were a lot of fun and allowed us to explore and experience the natural wonders of the area. Additionally, the food was delicious and we loved trying the local cuisine.

The road leading to the hotel was quite bumpy and winding, which made the journey a bit uncomfortable. Also, there were a few instances where we felt a bit overlooked during meal times, as we had to ask for coffee refills and were not informed about all the menu options available.

The location was a true paradise, surrounded by nature and offering relaxing trail walks and wild swimming. The staff treated us like royalty, always pleasant and helpful.

The guides were passionate and went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. The nightwalk led by Manolo was a highlight, where we spotted incredible wildlife. Jose, the founder, was enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the area. Highly recommended for nature enthusiasts.

The lodge is stunning and surrounded by 1000 hectares of cloud forest. The guides, Nestor, Manolo, and Jose, went above and beyond to make our vacation unforgettable. The nightwalk with Manolo was a highlight, spotting frogs, iguanas, and tarantulas. Jose's passion for the area and wildlife was infectious. The hotel staff were pleasant and helpful, and the location was perfect for relaxation, trail walks, and wildlife spotting. We'll definitely be back!

As bike riders, we loved the exciting expedition activities and knowledgeable guides who led us through the jungle while pointing out interesting plants and animals for us to enjoy.

The wildlife Lodge exceeded my expectations in every way. the location, nestled in the heart of the Cloud Forest, was absolutely stunning. the rooms were beautifully designed with floor to ceiling windows offering breathtaking views of the forest. the staff was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. the food was outstanding, especially the desserts. We also enjoyed the various outdoor activities, like the dragonfly ride and the bike cable + waterfall trekking. It was a truly unforgettable experience.

The transportation to the Lodge from Quito was a bit uncomfortable, taking around 4 hours. I would recommend arranging private transfers or ensuring there are no more than 10 passengers on the bus.

During our New Year's getaway, we were blown away by the stunning surroundings and contemporary design of the lodge. the lodge offered a wide range of activities, delicious food, and excellent service. Our guide went above and beyond to ensure that our activities were tailored to our preferences. We were especially impressed by the night walk, where we got to see frogs in their natural habitat. the spa experience was another highlight, as the couples massage was one of the best we've ever had. Additionally, the lodge provided all necessary equipment, including rubber boots and hiking sticks, adding convenience to our adventures.

One downside was the cramped minibus ride to the lodge, which could have been more comfortable considering the price we paid. We would recommend opting for a private transfer next time.

We enjoyed every meal with a variety of buffet-style options for breakfast and lunch and a sit-down dinner. The quality and taste of the food were truly delightful.

Worst aspects of our xmas stay at this hotel were the physically challenging walking tours and the subpar food. The walking tours around the grounds were exciting but proved to be physically challenging for us.
