The staff were absolute legends! They brought me extra towels right away when I needed them. The rooms are like a little home with all the storage and a nice kitchen area. Brekkie was lekker too, definitely filled me up for the day!

Only downside was that I couldn’t quite figure out the parking situation. it was a bit confusing at first.

Had a braw week stay! The staff were pure dead brilliant and the free breakfast was cracking with loads o' options. Only downside was a wee bit o' confusion with the pet policy. Still, totally worth it for the cozy feel and good service.

Shuttle to MD Anderson was super helpful.

during my stay, I loved the easy access to Hermann Park's Japanese Garden, which is less than a 5-minute walk away, and the fact that the breakfast was wonderful with healthy options that kept me fueled for my city adventures.

The breakfast selection was fantastic, featuring tasty options like biscuits and gravy. The location is perfect, just down the road from the zoo and museum. The parking garage was affordable and easy to access. The room was a cozy king studio suite with a clean atmosphere. The staff promptly upgraded our room, enhancing our experience.

This was just an excellent fit for a short staycation in Houston with value for money. The staff was super friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had extra towels when I needed them. Make sure to enjoy the nice lounge area for some relaxation time.

the decor might seem 'nice' but the motel-like vibes made it feel cheap. Also, I had to deal with a broken toilet seat, which was absolutely not what I expected for my stay. I thought they’d upgrade my room after these inconveniences, but alas, I guess I'm not special enough. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

Rooms were super cozy and oh-so-clean! The layout made it feel like home sweet home. Plus, the location was just perfect for our needs.

However, I think I lost a bit of sanity waiting for housekeeping—what's the deal? Almost felt like they were playing hide and seek with the extra towels!

Rooms are clean and spacious, with a kitchenette that makes meals easy. The shower had inconsistent temperature issues, which was annoying.

The hotel offers spacious rooms. The staff are super accommodating! ! Shuttle service to the hospital is a lifesaver. making appointments stress-free! The outdoor area with fire places adds a nice touch for winding down after a long day.
