Location was convenient, right off the expressway, with clean and fresh-smelling rooms. However, the pool was disappointingly cold, making it uninviting for playtime with my granddaughter. Another letdown was the breakfast situation. it felt surprising and frustrating to find out it wasn’t complimentary and still skimpy for our family of four. The staff, particularly Amy, provided helpful service, but the overpriced breakfast left a less favorable impression.

I stayed in a Leisure King Room and was really impressed with the plush bedding and the fact that the room was super clean and comfortable. The triple sheeting and fluffy duvet made it feel like home. The location was also fantastic, right off the expressway, making it easy to get around. Plus, the guest rooms included all the essentials like a fridge, microwave, and free WiFi, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

The only downside was that the only rooms with bathtubs were handicap accessible.

What a lekker time! The pool area was so inviting, just a perfect spot for the kids to splash around, and our toddler scored cookies from the night manager. Plus, the location made it easy to hit nearby dining spots.

But ag man, the restaurant closed early on us, which was a bit of a letdown before crashing for the night.

It's great to know that I can bring my dog along, with thoughtful amenities ready to pamper my furry friend. I especially appreciated the complimentary Wi-Fi and business center—perfect when I suddenly remembered that I needed to send a work email before the next meeting!

The room I stayed in offered a comfortable King bed and a sofa bed, which provided ample space for a family. The hotel's proximity to local attractions made it a convenient choice for activities.

Unfortunately, upon arrival, the check-in process was drawn out due to a malfunctioning computer system, which turned a simple process into a lengthy ordeal. The pool was closed for cleaning, which was disappointing as it was a major factor in my decision to book here. Additionally, one of the elevators was out of service, leading to longer waits and frustration during peak hours. Housekeeping standards seemed lacking as several guests reported unclean rooms, with hair and dirt found in bathrooms. The breakfast pricing was also quite steep, and many found it lacking in variety compared to other options.
