The room was clean and comfy, but no hot tub and breakfast could've used more variety. Chur to the staff for being heaps friendly!

Our stay featured a room that was clean and comfortable, with a friendly atmosphere. The breakfast buffet, managed by the wonderful Ben, included special 'Breakfast Pies' that were a delightful surprise! Great location, too, for exploring nearby attractions.

However, I encountered some challenges like a brief wait for extra towels and overall breakfast variety could use a boost. The limited fruit options were disappointing, and I wish they had a few more choices.

Unfortunately, the initial check-in process was quite disappointing. The staff member at the front desk seemed unhappy, which cast a shadow over our arrival. I also encountered difficulties obtaining pool towels and clean bedding for the fold-out couch, leading to a frustrating experience that left us feeling unwelcome, at least initially.

Had a good stay, but the breakfast could've done with a better spread, and I missed out on the hot tub. Room was clean and comfy, though. Chur to the staff!

The hotel had a great location near a variety of restaurants and the reception staff were super friendly! Our room was fresh and clean, making it easy to relax after a long day. Breakfast selections were decent too!

Room was clean and comfy, featuring air conditioning, microwave, refrigerator, flat-screen TV, and a sofa bed. Loved that the shower had good pressure and the body soap smelled amazing! Breakfast had tasty waffles and the fitness center was a nice bonus. Pool towels were available too, which was handy!

The check-in was a breeze, and Emily helped me at checkout. I really appreciated the early check-in, even though I didn't need it. The room was delightful and clean, truly a sweet escape!

But the heater was either a chilly villain or a cozy friend—hard to tell! And let's just say my bed had a firmer attitude than I would’ve liked!
