We stayed at Hampton Inn for a few nights while exploring waterfalls nearby. The hotel's location is great with easy access to these natural wonders. The staff was friendly, professional, and made our stay enjoyable. The breakfast served in the common area was very good, with attentive staff keeping things clean and stocked. We appreciated being able to watch the Orange Bowl game in the common room with our friends. the rooms were clean and spacious, and the front desk personnel were great. The presence of good air conditioning, clean sheets and pillows, and 24/7 coffee in the lobby added to the positive experience.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the hotel's convenient location and breakfast in the common area. The variety of choices, especially considering the current times, was great. The staff even allowed us to enjoy the Orange Bowl game with our friends in the common room. The hotel's cleanliness and the use of Neutrogena bath amenities were impressive. we were very satisfied with our stay at the hotel and would definitely return when in Franklin.

I recently stayed at Hampton Inn in Franklin for my business trip in western NC. The hotel was very clean and smelled fresh, which was a big plus for me. They also provided Neutrogena products, and I didn't have any issues with skin irritation. Being a Hilton property, it felt comforting during these uncertain times. The staff was friendly and professional, and the breakfast was good, with attentive staff keeping everything clean and stocked. The location was great for my waterfall chasing adventures. We appreciated being able to enjoy breakfast in the common area and watch the Orange Bowl game with our friends.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in this city. The hotel appeared new and was very clean. Check-in was fast, friendly, and easy. Our room was outfitted with everything we could want, including a comfy bed, mini 'fridge, microwave, writing desk. The room was quiet and the temperature easily controlled. The breakfast provided a wide range of choices, including healthy options. The staff, especially Michelle, was very helpful in providing advice about local sights to see, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's location was convenient to Historic Downtown and a variety of eating establishments, which was helpful when deciding what sights to see on a very cold winter day.

The location was perfect, as it was conveniently situated near the Appalachian Trail and within close proximity to great local Bar B Que. The staff, especially Michelle, provided us with valuable advice on local sights to see. Additionally, we were impressed with the 24/7 coffee in the lobby and the delicious breakfast offered.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic in many ways. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, making us feel comfortable and at ease. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect for our two nights in the mountains of Western North Carolina, as it was close to the Smokey Mountain Performing Arts Center. The breakfast offered a variety of choices and was a great start to our day. Lastly, the staff was friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay.
