I gotta say, we really got our money's worth at this hotel. The room was spotless and cozy, with super comfy beds. The location was perfect, right off the highway but surprisingly quiet. And the staff? They treated us like family, going above and beyond during a winter storm when everyone else was stranded. Big shoutout to them!

Great location near the highway, which made it easy to access. the room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious shower and ample shelves in the bathroom. the bed was very comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep. the breakfast buffet had a variety of choices and the waffle maker was a genius idea with its four mini waffles.

The elevator was very slow and made a grinding noise, causing uncertainty if the doors would open. It also went in the wrong direction at times, which was frustrating.

The breakfast menu could use some improvement, particularly when it comes to the dryers not drying clothes quickly enough. The new machines are a great upgrade, but they could use more heat to speed up the drying process.

The staff at this hotel were exceptional. They went above and beyond to accommodate us when the elevator was not working, quickly arranging for us to stay at another hotel with a working elevator. They were our heroes for the night! Additionally, during a severe winter storm, the staff remained calm and took care of everyone, ensuring that both those with reservations and those without found a place to stay.

There were a couple of things we didn't like about our stay. upon arrival, our reserved room was not available, although we had made the reservation weeks in advance.
