I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was extremely clean and comfortable, and the staff were courteous and accommodating. The hotel's location was close to Cedar Point amusement park, which was convenient for us as we had visited the park several times before. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options. the cleanliness, facilities, location in a popular tourist area, and the helpful staff were the best aspects of my stay.

The front desk staff was aloof and distracted during check-in, constantly on their cell phone and not giving proper attention to guests. The checkout staff was also unable to help with navigating the area, showing a lack of knowledge about the local surroundings.

We loved our stay at Hampton Inn in Milan. The front desk employee went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensured our check-in process was seamless. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable sitting area and a spotless bathroom. The breakfast options were great, especially the toppings for the waffles. The location was convenient for our visit to Cedar Point, which was only 20 minutes away. The pool, despite being a bit crowded, was a nice size and the bonfire sitting area added a cozy touch. The hotel also had a grill area, which was a bonus. we had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The attention to detail was apparent throughout the hotel, from the beautifully functioning rooms to the spacious bathrooms. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal as it was not too far of a drive from Cedar Point and conveniently close to several restaurants.

This hotel is fantastic! its location is perfect - very close to Cedar Point amusement park and to the Northern Ohio area. Secondly, the staff is friendly and courteous, they made us feel well looked after. Thirdly, the room was spacious, well kept and clean, with plenty of space for all our toiletries. Lastly, breakfast was amazing - there were plenty of options for my 4 children, and the make-your-own waffles with fruit and whipped cream were a hit with all the kids.

We had a fantastic stay at Hampton Inn Sandusky. The front desk greeters were incredibly nice and customer-oriented, always ready to assist. The rooms were quiet, super clean, and the beds were amazingly soft and comfortable. The kitchenette was a great addition, and the breakfast was delicious. We also appreciated the thoughtful towel animal and handwritten note. a wonderful experience!

Spent New Year's at a hotel that exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was included and had a nice variety to choose from. The hotel was located conveniently near a shopping plaza and restaurants. The pool and hot tub were a huge plus during our stay, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The bathroom layout was a bit awkward and cramped, but manageable. The Wi-Fi connection could have been better as it was slow at times, but it did not affect our stay much.

Located close enough to Cedar Point to be convenient but not noisy, this hotel makes a great base for visiting the amusement park. The rooms are spacious and clean with soft towels and warm water, while the breakfast is above average, with fantastic service from the staff. Cheerful towel animals, good amenities, and helpful staff also make it an attractive choice for attendees of nearby events.
