I absolutely loved my stay! The renovations are amazing, making the hotel feel brand new. The staff provided excellent customer service and the gym facilities were clean and up to date. The room was spacious, comfortable, and immaculately clean. The grab-and-go breakfast had a variety of options, and there are great nearby restaurants for other meals. Fairfield exceeded my expectations and is now my top choice for hotels.

We loved our stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Flat Rock! The hotel felt brand new and well-maintained. The staff, especially Jennifer at the front desk, provided excellent customer service. The rooms were spacious, clean, and smelled fresh. The beds were comfortable and the charging hub was convenient. The location was perfect for us, with easy access to nearby attractions. it was a comfortable and restful stay, and we will definitely be back!

The staff was exceptional, from the delightful Hannah at check, in to the super accommodating Denton. the breakfast guy, Donny, made our mornings wonderful with an awesome morning meal. Plus, Sky at check, out made our trip complete.

The only downside was the breakfast, which consisted of a tiny brown bag and prepackaged items. We were disappointed that there were no regular caffeinated K, cups for the Keurig coffee machine during our stay.

Our new go-to hotel when visiting the Asheville area! Great location close to Sierra Nevada Brewery and downtown Hendersonville. Above-average continental breakfast and complimentary refreshments by the front desk throughout the day. The rooms were impeccably clean, and we enjoyed the mountain views.

I recently stayed at Fairfield Inn in Hendersonville for almost 3 days. The hotel was extremely clean, including the carpet, which is my number one requirement. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was perfect for our larger family of 5. The pool, although small, was a great option for the kids. our stay at Fairfield Inn was comfortable and enjoyable.
