From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by friendly staff in traditional Indian attire. the high level of service continued throughout our stay, making us feel like VIP guests. Our spacious and opulent club room provided a quiet and comfortable sanctuary, and we even had access to the exclusive lounge for complimentary evening hours. the hotel staff's attention to detail, such as providing a welcome fruit bowl, truly made us feel valued. the location was also excellent, conveniently situated in the heart of the city and well-connected to other areas.

This hotel is in a prime location and is surrounded by everything that tourists and locals alike might need. It is located near the Phoenix mall, which will be a paradise for all shopaholics. The rooms are spacious and well-lit, with comfortable beds, which is great for catching up on much-needed rest. The breakfast buffet is enjoyable, and the gym amenities are designed to help you stay in shape.

The service is simply mediocre.

We were impressed with the promptness of the staff when we asked for an "on-the-go" breakfast due to our tight schedule. The service provided by the members was outstanding, and we appreciate their courteousness. we had a great experience staying at the Itc Grand Central.

During our romantic escape, we were thrilled with the two complementary facts offered. the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to local attractions. We especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the sunset over the city.

The room was a bit outdated and had some maintenance issues. We also found the staff to be a bit unresponsive to our requests.

Our stay at ITC Grand Central was fantastic. We were in Mumbai for a leisure trip and stayed at the hotel for three nights. The hotel staff, including Gadrian D'Souza, was incredibly helpful and friendly. The food, pool, and overall ambiance were exactly what we were looking for. The hotel's tall stature and grand appearance were impressive. Special mention to Fahad Korlekar, who made our check-in seamless and even upgraded our room. The rooftop lounge and restaurant offered stunning views and delicious food. Vijay and his team took great care of us, and the surprise birthday cake was a delightful gesture. the hotel's well-maintained property and exceptional staff earned it a solid 5-star rating.

sewage smell from toilet

the service was superb, especially at the Spa & wellness centre and Indoor swimming pool. I indulged in a Full body massage, Body wraps and enjoyed the Steam room. the Sun terrace and Garden area were excellent for relaxation. the Restaurant provided delicious Breakfast and Dinner, while the In-room breakfast was exclusive.

I did encounter a minor issue with the private facilities which could have been better maintained. this hotel fulfilled all my luxurious needs and exceeded my expectations.
