Loved our stay! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, equipped with a cozy fireplace, large TV, and a beautiful bathroom with a separate tub and shower. We enjoyed watching dolphins from our balcony overlooking the marsh. The breakfasts were delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The staff, especially Nicki, was friendly and informative. we had a delightful experience at Regatta Inn - Adults Only. I highly recommend it!

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right on the river with a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. It was also conveniently close to restaurants and the pier, and I could easily walk to the beach access stairs. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with beautiful porches that provided a great view of the marina and Ashley River. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The breakfast was delicious, with a homemade spread that included scrambled eggs, bacon, breakfast casserole, and plenty of other options. The staff, especially one particular hostess, was exceptional, providing the best hospitality I've ever experienced. I can't wait for my next visit to this hotel!

The staff at the inn were incredibly nice and helpful, making our stay a pleasure. The daily breakfast cooked with fresh ingredients and the daily happy hour were delightful treats. The inn felt warm and welcoming, truly like a home away from home. We are already planning to return for a relaxing getaway with my husband. The nearby restaurants and bars provided a good selection of food options. Plus, we had the joy of spotting a majestic dolphin during our stay. This place is simply picture-perfect and offers a calm and relaxing experience.

Additionally, the Inn is conveniently located within walking distance of the beach, allowing for easy access to the sand and waves.

The hotel lacks an elevator, which may pose a challenge for individuals with mobility difficulties.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with beautiful views of the bay and close proximity to the beach, shops, and restaurants. the staff went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the room was modern and cozy, with a spectacular view and a fireplace that kept us warm on the cool nights. the continental breakfast and happy hour were a great bonus, adding to the overall experience.

The only minor issue we had was that the light around the door frame was a bit too bright at night, but we easily solved this by using pillows to block it. However, this was a small inconvenience compared to the many positive aspects of our stay.
