My recent stay at Fairfield Inn was great. I was in town for business and stayed for a week. The location was convenient and the facility was clean and well-sanitized. The breakfast had a good variety of choices, and I especially liked having a smart TV in the room to watch my own things. The beds were comfortable, and I appreciated having two queen beds instead of doubles. The second dayshift representative was incredibly helpful and I'm grateful to her and the corporate representative.

The hotel shuttle service was a bonus, making it easy to get to the airport and other nearby places. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was a hit, and despite a storm affecting the air conditioning for one night, the staff were courteous and quickly provided extra fans.

The park and fly rates were a great deal for us. The shuttle drivers and front desk staff were both very friendly and willing to help in any way they could. We enjoyed the plentiful breakfast and the fact that it was kept well stocked. Plus, the hotel was in a key location for flights out of DFW.

The bathroom was rather cramped and the complimentary Wi-Fi in the room was slow. The fitness center didn't have many machines and the equipment they did have wasn't enough for a great workout.
