My recent stay at Fairfield Inn was great. I was in town for business and stayed for a week. The location was convenient and the facility was clean and well-sanitized. The breakfast had a good variety of choices, and I especially liked having a smart TV in the room to watch my own things. The beds were comfortable, and I appreciated having two queen beds instead of doubles. The second dayshift representative was incredibly helpful and I'm grateful to her and the corporate representative.

The hotel's location was great, with restaurants, gas stations, and a shopping center just 5 minutes away. The hotel shuttle service was a bonus, making it easy to get to the airport and other nearby places. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was a hit, and despite a storm affecting the air conditioning for one night, the staff were courteous and quickly provided extra fans.

The hotel provided excellent customer service during our stay. We had a flight delay and they went above and beyond to accommodate us, allowing us to stay past the check, out time and helping us rearrange our connecting flights. It was such a relief to have their assistance in a stressful situation. Additionally, the hotel's location near the airport was incredibly convenient for our travel plans. the free shuttle service to and from the airport made our transportation hassle, free. Moreover, we enjoyed the variety offered at the complimentary breakfast, which was a great start to our day.

Although the hotel had many positive aspects, there were a few drawbacks. the room we stayed in was smaller than we expected for a king room.

All was excellent, nothing to complain about!

The park and fly rates were a great deal for us. the shuttle drivers and front desk staff were both very friendly and willing to help in any way they could. We enjoyed the plentiful breakfast and the fact that it was kept well stocked. Plus, the hotel was in a key location for flights out of DFW.

The bathroom was rather cramped and the complimentary Wi-Fi in the room was slow. the fitness center didn't have many machines and the equipment they did have wasn't enough for a great workout.

The helpful staff, clean rooms, comfortable bed, great hospitality, good breakfast choices.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
